Below is my experience with credit card application.Firstly they exaggerate the process making it look seemless without paperwork, although it is not. At the end bank does need documents. So why lie initially. I have had better experiences applying directly.Later bank gave a card with lesser limit than my another bank exisiting card, even though I had better credit score.So with your discretion use their services.

Worst experience ever.Hi Guys,I request you to not to apply loan or anything from bankbazaar.Once you will visit their site they will show you like you can get loan in 24 hours and everything will be paperless.They will call you immediately and ask for your document to upload on their site. Once you upload the document after that nobody will contact you and these 24 hour will be converted into 24 days.first day they will show status like your loan has approved so you will think like its just one step further to distribute. but that last step will never complete.if you will try to reach out them. you wont be able to connect the call.Then bank people will come and they will ask again all the document which you have uploaded on their site.Please go directly to bank and apply for loan. Dont go for third party.

Thanks to Bankbazaar, I was able to find the best home loan I could afford at good rates. I compared home loans by different banks on the portal and opted for a loan that met my requirements. The documentation process was also very simple. I was also able to check eligibility with their calculator. Paperless financing has really gone a long way!

Overall a good process at Aegon for the term insurance. The only small hitch was that initially I have taken a higher premium and I made the payment for two months of 2400. But that premium was not approved. Then I chose another premium which was quite lesser of 571 to be paid on a monthly basis. The difference in amount is yet to be returned to me. It has been a long time. The tenure for this policy is approximately for 40 to 45 years. The benefits are good and the coverage as well. I have taken it as I wanted to have a policy for any unforeseen events.

The services at Bankbazaarinsurance is overall good and they were helpful in giving me options when I was looking for a insurance. It was overall good. The only thing is, it would be better if the same executive could handle till end of the process or it is closed. It would make the customer more comfortable to sort out the issue without having to repeat the whole query again.

These guys are completely unethical. Beware before applying any loan or credit card through them. The reason why Im telling this is, they will share your number to every third party agency and you kill keep getting spam calls asking for personal loans and cards all your life. On top of that, at the time of applying their website will show that you are eligible for offers and vouchers such as amazon coupons, shoppers stop coupons - but Id like to warn you that you will get nothing. They will only call you and give you a lame excuse as why they cant give it to you. Avoid these people completely, I suggest you view their website, compare different products and interest rates and then directly apply on the bank website. Its faster, safer and much more easier.

I have purchased a health insurance policy through an online channel from New India Assurance. I have received the documents for the policy on time. The coverage is for three lakhs. It is a family floater. The coverage is for two adults and two kids. My premium is of 5700 on a yearly basis. The main purpose of me taking this insurance is to be on the safer side as it has a cashless hospitalization facility. I am not that happy with the customer service as I have not received any calls yet to give me any further details.

I was ready to take a personal loan from my bank, but I decided to just look at BankBazaar and I found way better offers on the website. They list out loans you are eligible for but some you may not get. It is only a “maybe”. But even then, I got a better rate of interest and lesser processing fee. Great work, BankBazaar. The main reason I chose this provider is because of the competitive features and premium when compared to the other companies.The hassle I faced was they had mentioned the documents with an incorrect information, later after pointing it out they had rectified it. There is a preexisting problem only with my spouse and not myself. But they had mentioned for both. The second thing was there was a refund that should have happened with the medical check. It was not done by default, I had to point out the same and it was done. :)

I have purchased my health insurance from HDFC Ergo. The most important factor that I considered to go with them is for the Income tax benefits. The policy coverage is also good. There are benefits of cashless hospitalization as well. The premium is a bit on the higher side.

The website is not good for getting / purchasing the products.1. The description of loans, cards, policies etc. is attractive, but they provide a fake free credit score of 890+ (out of 900) to get more and more applications.2. When I applied for a card, they contacted till all documents were provided. After that, there was no follow-up. Only one number is given on the website, which connects to their marketing team. The mail id also connects to the marketing department. There is no way to reach their after-sales team.3. So, I decided to apply through the bank directly, but there was no option to withdraw the application through their website, or even contact anyone.4. Later, when I checked with the bank, I found that there was no application on my name and PAN Card. I even checked my CIBIL report, which shows zero card queries.5. As expected, the application process never completed. However, I started receiving lots of spams since the time I had applied for the card through this site. This shows that the site sold or misused my information on the name of credit card application.

Pathetic service, no proper response frm the contact centre. Unethical behaviour.I have called the contact centre for the query of my application I have transfered several times without an update and their agents disconnects the call royally.7 times I have called in a span of half an hour spoke to sehrin, asha n 3 more. All have disconnected my call without a resolution, each time i had called i have informed them my call has been disconnected purposefully yet their agents are least bothered and there were no appology too. N they are not even bothered about wat their customers concern is.I have never seen such a pathetic contact center in my entire lyf.

When I was doing a google search for the term insurance policy the first option displayed was bankbazaar along with the ratings. All credit goes to bankbazaar as with the help of bankbazaar, I was able to do a comparison of various policies out of which I was able to choose the best.

When I was doing a search for 1 crore sum assured term insurance policy I found this policy with PNB Met Life and I had chosen this after reading the terms and conditions of the policy. When the staff spoke with me from PNB Met Life they said that I have to pay Rs. 5300 as premium but they asked me to do a health check up in one of their registered medical center, after examining they confirmed that my sugar level is 129 so I need to pay Rs. 5800 as premium for this policy. But when I checked it later, Sugar level was normal and that was my only concern here. Besides that, I dont have any issues as it is a good policy also it provides coverage for both accidental and disability too.

Bank Bazar - Cheater and fraud company.Displaying 1000 and 1500 rs. amazon voucher on their website but once your loan is disbursed you wont get any such vouchers. If you contact them they will say within 15 days u will get. and after a month or 2 they will say Sorry scheme is not there with that bank where you took loan. I think they sell your personal or transaction data. I applied for a credit card through Bank Bazaar and it got rejected. Then after 2 months, I got a call from some number saying that the person is from the same bank and he has got a mail from Headquarters to process my card . He then started asking all my personal details. In between , I got little suspicious and asked him to check my details from my application form. Then he told me that he will not process my card and hung up.

I bought a new car insurance from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. It is the first time to hold a car insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz. I chose this insurance for my car because of the brands name and the company is also a reputed company. The premium is a bit high when compared with HDFC but the features of the policy and the policy benefits are almost the same. I would end up saying that it is a good policy to hold.

No support from Bank Bazaar. Had applied for HDFC Diners Premium Credit Card but HDFC provided HDFC Regalia First Credit Card. Some stupid in middle got it mixed up. Neither Bank Bazaar nor HDFC is owning it up. As a result Im suffering. Multiple follow ups but in vain. Havent still received the free Amazon gift card from Bank Bazaar as mentioned in their website. Now thinking of cancelling the credit card. Never apply for anything from HDFC and also discourage people from going to HDFC. Bitter experience.Hopeless!!!!!

I am afraid, dont have a great review to make. Too much of personal information is given in to get a free credit rating but it is never displayed & rather questions about a previous loan are asked with wrong options. Lastly, how authentic the ratings are ? By the way, if one out of 60 EMIs is accidentally missed on interbank mode due to low balance in ones salary a/c, that too for a week or so , shouldnt it be the responsibility of the bank to appraise the loanee or reclaim the same from the a/c once sufficient funds returned to the a/c with in the same month rather than spoiling the credit worthiness of thr loanee who is blissfully unaware of the inadvertent default till he goes to seek clearance and is shocked to find the one EMI with compound interest outstanding. Great machinations by a private bank ! now, if that is an allegation. What a layman like me is worried about is that let us not fall for anything free, Banks or any entity.
