Worked in this company for more than 1 and half year as sales officer . I would not recommend anyone to join this company as it has very bad work ethics. They do not reply to any of your queries once you leave the organisation as you can see in the screenshot below, been more than a month since I left the job .Also not really good company to work as they do not care about employee requests or concerns. There are heavy deductions in the salary and if you question regarding the salary they target you and ask for apology through mail. And no work life balance too There is selective favouritsm in the organisation and it does not matter even if you reach your targets and perform better. I would really not recommended anyone to work here.

Very professional team. Showed me atleast 10 properties over a period of six month... Finally I shortlisted one and the entire process till registration was handled in a transparent manner safeguarding interest of both buyer and seller. Uday from their team was quite help full in getting all queries. Resolve with regards to paper work .. They charge only 0.5 percent of agreement value which is quite reasonable.

Update: Increasing rating to 3-star. The founder personally investigated this matter and apologized for the miscommunication. Clearly stated that they wont be able to service my request. This is better than setting wrong expectations. The relationship mgr also called and apologized for the inconvenience. The gesture is appreciated.--------------------The relationship manager assigned to me took all details from me and promised to find buyers for my property (ready to move-in apartment in a well reputed builders project). Then, for a while they didnt find even one potential buyer and kept giving excuses. When I told them about not making any progress, the RM blocked me on WhatsApp and calls. Well done, Settlin! You gave the most horrible treatment a business can give its customer.
