I had worst experience with this consultancy. They dont even have basic knowledge on College admission procedure and visa requirements. To start with the process(college search itself) we have to pay huge amounts, only then they will look into our profile. They will never pick our calls and will not call us back. They do not have genuine agents who can communicate with university directly and they wont let you know this bitter truth. Communication happens with universities from our personal gmail itself unprofessionally(university assumes that candidate is only dealing with university without any authorized agent). I was under depression for all the period I was dealing with them and I am so happy now since I changed my consultancy. I did huge mistake in opting this consultancy looking at reviews and I sincerely advise dont get trapped yourself.

The worst experience ever. If you apply through them, they make you do everything. You need to keep following up for your application, or else once you pay them their consultation nobody bothers about the application. The application was submitted as my husband as primary. Its been 3 years and they have not even bothered to call and provide suggestions on how to better the application, if something expired and needs to be reapplied. When we called them more than a year ago (even before the pandemic)to follow up, they said they will call back and I still havent heard back from them. LESSON LEARNT: These processes can be done on your own, so please please think/research twice before investing in such organisations.My last review was deleted. Im sure this one will too.

Worst consultancy. They dont have minimum knowledge on Australia student visa. we consulted this consultancy to study masters of project management in Australia. Zaiba recommended few universities with one year course. we have paid admission fee also as per their suggestion. later we got to know from my friend that Australia doesnt provide work visa for one year courses. Untill i ask Zaiba she had no idea about australia doesnt provide work visa for one year course. we have wasted two months time , 5k for admission fee and 40k for consultancy. Dear Visa Aspirants,Never ever visit this company for any kind of visa requirements. They will show very rosy pictures and tell nice words until you pay. Once you pay, you have to run behind them for each and every single thing. Me and my friend paid the full amount 58K each that they told to pay in one shot. but later we had to chase behind them for reviewing our documents. After paying no one from their company called or emailed for at least 6 months. We had to call them numerous times and later found that the person who was our contact left the organization and they didnt even let us know.When we asked for refund, they told that refund cannot be done because the contract period is over.Also, later I found that the agreement that they showed me before signing was different than the one that we signed. I took pictures of the agreement when they gave us to go through. But later they came up with something else and when I read it, it was different.These guys are no. 1 cheats. They simply will encourage you to pay and once you pay, then thats it.Dont believe in all these positive responses. I believe they were all paid.

I wish I could give them 0 stars because besides taking 15000 rupees upfront, they did not provide any value to my case.I approached them after doing some google research. As usual, I fell for the trap of their google review ratings, most of which are either paid, from employees within their companies, fake accounts or students with low profile who were just thankful to get into Canada by any shape or form.Here is what you should expect from them:1. They will take fees upfront, and there is no bargain you can make in that condition. They will make you sit in a meeting room and give you chai-biscuits and parrot out their presentation they give to people like you. A point of note, all of the information they will tell you can be found on IRCC (Government of Canadas official website).2. After 3-4 days from the day of payment, you can expect them to ignore your calls, answer briefly by giving a reason that they are busy.3. If you are in some emergency and have a question about your case and god forbid your relationship manager is on leave, they will not pick up your call, and if you pester them by sending text messages or a WhatsApp, one of the 3 things will happen:a. They will ignore your calls and text.b. Their phone will be switched off, and you wont have any alternate numbers to reach out to them. The ones you do will not pick up your calls. Interestingly Trucaller shows their number as spam and frauds. This should be another red flag.c. They will reply back rudely, expressing the sentiment that their holiday and the current situation is more important than you, the dear customer who has already paid them money upfront.4. Even though I had provided them with all my profile details and documents with a photocopy, they made me come all the way to their office and verify each application. I lived 12 km away from their office and applied for around 8 universities, so Ill let you be the judge of how much stress I had to endure.5. There have been multiple occasions where these people have made silly mistakes on my profile even though they had all my details and documents. I had to take the extra stress of sending emails to the college to rectify their screw up. So again, Ill let you be the judge of their reliability.6. They have their tie-ups with some universities and colleges in Canada that do not get a lot of business from International students due to their inaccessible locations and low rankings(Many dont even offer you a PGWP). These universities pay them commissions to influence students into applying to their colleges. Your relationship manager will stress you to apply to one of these universities/colleges. So be aware of the reason now. They recommend colleges, not for your bright future but to get more money out of you.7. At the time of first meetings, they will tell you your payments covers miscellaneous charges like getting your documents notarized, courier charges etc. Later, when the time comes, they will ask you to pay and get it done yourself. You wont be in a position to fight with them at that time since they already have your money and can even deny working on your case if they find you rude.My case was assigned to Mrs. Zaiba Khan, and I like to confirm that if you are out of ideas of ways to waste your money, please approach her for your case, and you will not be disappointed.Note: I am not demotivating you from reaching out to agents. If you do enough research on the internet, join Facebook and WhatsApp groups, you will get enough help to do the whole process yourself. In my situation, I needed the help of an agent because my full-time job did not leave me with enough time to do this by myself. Instead of helping me, these people took advantage of my situation, and the end result was a failure. There are many other legible reasons why its not bad to reach out to agents, but I want to warn you about steering clear from this particular institution in specific.

I was a student planning for higher studies in Poland. I had the admit with me. I contacted the phoenix global Bangalore team. Some one called MAHEERA reverted to me and she promised to get me a visa appointment date upon paying 50k as bribe. It was quite hard for me to give a word for that. But since i was running out of time i hardly got 2 months time so i agreed to her. I was asked to meet another person called ZAIBA KHAN at the Bangalore office. I went there and finalized and was ready to shell out 50k. She told me that she will share me the bank details by evening. Worst part was they wont give me the bill for this with GST Tax deduction etc other wise it would cost me 50k + gst. Later, they decided to accept via bank transfer just 50k. This is how they wanted to escape from the scan earlier. Asking me to pay in cash. When i disagreed to pay by cash. They decided to not handle my case and therefore i never received a call nor email from them for nearly a week. So after repeatedly calling them. Once zaiba picked up and said allow her some time she will get in touch with me. thereafter i kept calling them and no body picked up.Again on the next day i called MAHEERA and she said she cant handle my case. They made me waited for nearly 3 weeks and then drop the plan to provide any service. They kept me in this loop just like a case in high court. Even for their grievances, i had to called them to hear a negative response. They had literally boycotted my phone call. Wasted my time and hopes. I had to cancel my plan for studies for that intake. Although zaiba continued to put the service on hold later but never gave any resolution.I dont understand how they got five star reviews. Guys believe me they will play with your life. Students better go for IDP education. They provide genuine service at no cost. These people are here to play card game with you.The whole country is corrupted with such agents. Spammers and bandits. Dont believe in all these positive responses. I believe they were all paid. I was able to escape from this trap. Save your hard core earned money. Put it to good use.You talk about Honest approach. Honest approach dont take nearly a month to respond, you filthy pirates. And when did i mentioned that you took money. I just wanted to explain your motive behind and How you try to purge things off when you took a case and you cant handle it. If you cant really handle you would say in 2-3 days thats decent enough atleast you wouldnt waste my time. Just for your kind information, i was never told that interview timeline was over. She kept telling that they have a known person whom she will ask and get the appointment for me. After dealing with you people i had hardly less than a month time. So now What do you expect me to do next. Should i extend some more time engaging with you untill the all the effort goes in vain. You will still have a reason to deny this fact.i waited for a nearly a month. For this concern, making a customer wait for a month is unprofessional. You work just like government officials, who keep on extending time and finally come out to say we cant handle your case. If you dont believe it go ask MAHEERA and ZAIBA KHAN.

Im an ex employee of this consultancy in 2016. They never give offer letters to their employees on time. They never give salary as promised. They never support their employees. They never give good service to their clients. They are only keen on getting their commission from their clients. They never assure anything to their clients after receiving the commission. They dont answer clients calls after receiving their commission. Coming to employees issues, the consultancy does not give salary settlement and relieving letters. I myself did not receive my 1 month salary. Worst and fraud consultancy. Do not trust this company.

Had the worst experience with Phoenix not even worth giving one star. Paid them money for no reason. All the follow ups Nd running about for documents was done be me alone. They never pick up calls for 2days Nd return calls only after 3days of you reach them. Lost 40k for no reason.Personal experience I with Drew my application cos of their pathetic service.Please please think before you invest your money with them cos its not worth. There are so many better consultancies who will really help.They might convince each individual to invest money with them saying one persons bad experience cannot change things think about it today its my application tomorrow it could be anyone. Phoenix will still get their money Nd when you wanna withdraw your application they will only refund 25% of your money invested which will still give them business.Personally do not invest money with Phoenix Resettlement Services!
