I have been through a lot of consultancy for job requirements but the effect put by these people is something very different. I personally experienced it. I have never seen a consultancy holding on to a resume of a candidate for a long time but these people stayed connected with me for almost 2 months helping me out in finding a job in a very reputed company. Not as professional as they should be. Some of the executives there know that a particular organization will not accept your profile and still ask you to apply for it only to say you didnt get the job. Frankly friends, there is a lot of things we are are good at and one thing each of us are the best at. Just keep putting in the work to improve what you are best at. Success will eventually come. Nothing happens overnight. I am tired of having been to numerous job interviews for different positions and it is quite frustrating the value an Engineering Degree holds. So, go out and do what you love. ✌🏼

One of the worst an worst consultancy which i ve seen ever in banglore...they wil simply make us to wait one whole day, first round they wil tel u to go for aptitude test an all, again we have to wait more than 4 hours for the results, after that simply they wil tel like , u have some mistakes in the test. u need to clear that, in couple of days, we will call u like that..after that no calls nothing. please guys plz dont go there, simply ur time ur whole day will waste.

It was nice experience with ignites interview. They took first round of interview and i got selected and then they helped me on how to clear client interview (Bank of Baroda). Finally I got selected in client test n interview rounds. Also they provided updates about my interview status. Recruiters were very friendly n helpful. Specially Praveen helped me a lot. Thanks to ignites I got offer n I have accepted.

Worst consultancy I came across in BANGALORE, information provided by them related to salary or profile or the process are not as same as the company you will be interviewed for. Also, their aptitude test is just a JOKE, 1st they will brief you all the questions along with the answers which will be asked later on in aptitude round, exactly as same as briefed earlier and then you will get disqualified even though if you will answer all the questions correctly and up to your mark, on the basis that probably the system is not working well or just because you answered all the questions very quickly. They will also not justify why you got disqualified nor they will show your answers or satisfy you with any means no matter if you by heart all the questions and answers. They are just having a business of fooling around the people and wasting their time..

It was my first consultancy and in my first attempt I got selected for which I was applying for. It was all possible because of their sincerity and timely support to me. One plus point about this consultancy is that all the staff member of the ignite have friendly nature towards their candidates.

Typical recruitment agencies... as experienced most of them are fake not sure if anyone did get a job over there. They ll ask for money if you approach them after waiting for a long time. There are no genuine HR. Not even one person got selected for 2 days I been there. Waited for 7 hours on both days and say some random excuses that HR ll be late and after the fake telephonic interviews the ll give the feed back as they need more experience person and needed a fresher. Which doesnt make sense at all. They ll send you to companies which they have no contacts at all. The other company ll reject you once you said you are from this agency. Dont waste time. Hope my words help someone.Dont even try!!! Have patience!

I am giving 2star not becoz m throwing my frustration here but becoz I genuinely feel what they did to me was not right..They called me up nd said the call is from concentrix company took all my details and information at last when I got my interview venue address it was mentioned IGNITE HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTION.which means they lied..Second thing I reached venue at 11.55pm gave my face 2 face round I cleared..next I gave AMCAT online test which I cleared nd after that I had 3rd round with concentrix telephonic hr round with HR sidhart which I cleared..after that I 4th round VERSANT TEST...to give this test u will get TIN which means (test identification number)now this num is very important, you cannot give or get the result of versant test without putting it in your operator device...My TIN was written on my resume I started giving my test but NANDI took my resume with him..he is a recruiter so I thought he will keep it safely but when I finished the test I asked him my result but he started searching my resume BCoz without TIN he wont be able to get my result..now the saddest part is he said I scored only 53 nd passing marks is 58 He lied right on my face..how should I react on this now..?? He lost my TIN nd he is telling I failed lol..I said ohk and left the office Bcoz he made me realize I Hv come to wrong place..The one who scheduled my interview he was not there In office when I went for interview he was on leave..I called him nd shared my experience he said he will talk with recruiter team nd he will get back to me but he didnt so called him again he said he couldnt contact the recruiter team nd i requested him to reschedule my versant test he said ohk though he was being nice nd polite but he didnt update me..he said he is sick nd he will update me on Tuesday..Dear Ignite team,Its ohk everybody makes mistake losing my TIN by recruiter team was not a big issue I understand ur situation but my problem is you should have not lie about my result..becoz I know versant test result is not possible without TEST IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.I tried my best if he would have not lost TIN then I would hv clear last manager round..Any ways thank you I have stopped expecting from Ignite nd will not recommend anyone else..becoz I dont want other ppl to experience the same thing..Recruiter team means motivator nd helper not liar nd breaker..I was trying so hard to get thought the interview process I tried best to not make any mistake not even the small one I was trying to complete every round nicely nd clearly but becoz of recruiter team I couldnt make it out since they lost my TIN its their mistake not mineM not trying to put ur company down I dont have any personal problem with ignite.what I have written is what Ignite served me thats it.

Had a nice experience with this agency.Placed a interview for the first time through an agency was fast supportive and very friendly I got my offer letter at the earliest.Suggest you to go ahead with this if you are looking for any early placements.

Small consultancy with large opportunities.They will be taking more than 2 days to complete the interview.The people will ask us to be in the consultancy at 2 and the first round of interview may start at 3:30 or 4 o’ clock.They make us wait for long time for next round,even if we get selected in first round.Because of God’s grace I had only 1 day interview but,I have completed all the round of interview by 6:30 but I had to wait till 10:30pm to get my final result.It was very disgusting that they don’t care even the candidate is male or female, they were ready to makes me wait for another one hour.But it’s sure that they try their best to get us employed somewhere because of course it is benefit for them.

Excellent consultancy Ive come across till date, they try their best help all candidates to get a good job based on their requirements also keeping in consideration company norms. I had went there waited for 6 hours then they are telling me to come next day for interview n gave there own silly reasons wasted my whole day there😡

GIVES FALSE INFO TO CANDIDATESThe recruiter told me that I will interviewed for Convergys. When I went there I learnt tht there were no openings in convergys. Rather they interviewed me for Concentrix and Mphasis. The recruiter had said that I will get 20k in hand but when I went there I heard a different story. It was 16800 in hand. Also they made me wait for 6 hours before revealing the complete info.

One of the worst place I visited... No proper service and they not even bothered about candidates and dont know the value of time. I wasted my 4 hours of time there and not even a single person to respond.

Bad place to look for a job.. Poor staffing. If they couldnt get you a job they will tell you that you didnt clear AMCAT test.. Full of lies...

Waste consultancy. They called me for tech support and they just dont care once we reach to the office. For name sake they put me into agies customer support where i have told them i am technically certified and looking into same field. Just for headcount and to achieve target of walkins per day they will tell us come. But once u reach they dont even turn back. This is one worst consultancy on earth. I wasted 2 resume copies for no reason. They just took in my resume and lost it. People here are soo negligent.
