Never ever go for these guys unless you want to waste your 18k.They wont provide you proper support, wont pick up your call, and NEVER negotiate with banks as they advertise. They just tell you what are the problems in your CIBIL. That is anyone in a loan department can tell you. You dont need to spent 18k for that.I had purchased a lifetime membership and when I need some assistance or a particular account that causing issues with CIBIL, they wont respond to mail or calls. And dragging it for ever. I had sent them over 28 mails and it didnt get resolved yet.Its very pathetic for any institution.Reply to the guy who replied to this review:Its great to know you can reply faster. Please tell your team to reply to the mail and answer the phone from customers.Regarding the comment on late payment,I dont even have a single day delayed payment in past 2 years. My issues were not related on late payments. And you were saying you had contacted me for the payments?Dear, either you didnt understand who am I, or trying to clear your name by creating a fake plot.Again you defaulted and settlement done by your self without Consulting us Are you really aware of what are you talking about? Stop bluffing.. You have no idea about the recent communications I made with your firm. Its all the situation when I first reached you. Nothing changed on those problem accounts. And stop making fabricated scenarios like I defaulted again and made settlement etc.Customers, please stay away from these guys. They really cant do any improvements to your CIBIL. As they replied to another review, they wont pay you back. They just want to loot your money.So Mr. Anand threatening me by stopping all the service they offered while accepting the payment. They are giving silly excuses for not replying, not answering the calls. And I got this response from this guy only after I posted this review. 32 mail for a simple thing and its not done yet.Aagain without service fees ??? Come on, you had loot 18 k from me for life time ssupport. You are supposed to do that. And you mentioned overnight solution? I had a rally aof conversation and follow ups with you and your team through 32 email in three months duration. And you guys cant do anything. Still you are saying I am looking for overnight solution? Or 3 months considering as a single night in your part of the world?

Not responsive to repeated calls and messages. No clarity of information. Takes too much time to follow up on simple requests. I want a refund. I had to engage another consultant and pay additional amount to get things sorted.

I had very bad credit history with lots of banks where i cannot personally followup with all banks to clear them, Then i came to know about Credit Consultant and joined them as their customer. Anand whats the problem with you,whats there in answering calls.I was trying to reach you from 2 weeks,this is not proper way,you took money and did complete wrong promises,Better you are that busy return my money back,you wont do work..you wont answer phones atleast..all the time busy busy..and your staffs returns call you are busy with clients..who are we then..is this a continues process for you to take money and promises..and keep quite..not at all fare..stick to the promise or just return the money..

I consulted Anand from the Credit Consultant team and he was very helpful in guiding me on my bad CIBIL score issue. I was cheated by other companies like CreditSudhaar and CreditMantri by making false promises, but Anand was very honest in telling me upfront what is possible and what is not and guiding me in the right direction. It took 3 months as per the payment plan , I rate 4 star, reliable service .

I had issues at first with Credit Consultant and it has taken longer than expected time but my score has gradually started going up now.

I would recommend them now , however had difficulties at the 1st stage, somehow managed to survive as a good consumer in CIBIL data base.

Little delayed in my case but you guys need to be lil fast . Anyways thanks
