Sometimes i wonder what these consultancies are for? only just to push candidates into org. for commission / money? they say bunch of lies and fake promises. These kind of consultancies ignore the candidate only placement is done. In my instance they promised me for increment consideration if i join before OCT15th (for which i foregone my variable pay etc) but she did not spoke anything about this with my HR and i have to work here for another 1 year without increment.Now when i called her about the issue, there is no response and she is saying that she is busy, she will call back and she never showed up!Please be professional dont be foolish and play with life of others.

Its a great platform for career growth and we get to learn many things. People working here are very friendly and its a motivating environment.

I have been closely associated with HeadPro for closing an executive level position and few critical positions in our organisation. Dr. Uma and her team were very smart, efficient and keen on selecting the right candidate.They have successfully closed the position in a relatively short span of time. In headpro there is no place for human values and it is a company which doesnt care for employees and that too dr Uma Guatam takes the advantage of the employees situation and makes employess life miserable.

Dealt with 2 employees here, Deepika and Salma both were equally indecorous and unprofessional. If they cant hire the right staff for themselves how will they help anyone else? I asked for the founder Umas email ID to share my feedback and they refused, says a lot about the organization...best avoided..
