I had worked in Aditi for around 9months and received awards such as star of the month, star of quarter and recruiter of the month. There is no proper management to let the misconduct and complaints go unheard at any level. Even at director level, I had given compalints from the team for 4 times and never heard back. But when I opted to go out from the company by paying the notice period buyout. They have implemented the whole gross salary instead of the basic salary. This is one hell of a contract, wherein buyout is there but they didnt want to go with it. They didnt even consider a person about there daily needs for negotiation of the notice period buyout.This is byfar the worst experience i have in my 6yrs of career.

One of the Worst recruitment Process. the recruiter calls and eat our brains for schedule.After 3 rounds they told experience high.i dont know how this fellow JOHN is handling the recruitment Process.Never Apply for this Company.

I worked with this company recently left because of some personal issues but If I will get a chance to work for them again I must say I will be honoured..

Good place to work with great clients to work for. Met nicest people during my experience and some of the egoistic. Manager who was handling Facebook recently,I don’t want to mention the name. He is the most egoistic Manager and person I’ve seen there. I think Raja and Thomas should make a wise decision on him. He doesn’t deserve to be an Aditian. A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to loose all motivation.
