Mr. Santosh is very professional and a kind hearted guy. I approached him for a property verification and for that I paid the adavnce amount. Later there were some issues from the builder and they were not able to deliver the copies of the property for verification due to the pandemic. I asked Mr.Santhosh for refund as the property copies are still not in my hand and guess what, he refunded the entire amount very next day. It is really hard to find such people now a days.

I had approached GR Associates for the legal verification for of a plot which I was planning to buy. I had approached this law firm looking at the reviews posted in google. But I must say that I had ended up taking a very wrong decision by availing the service of GR Associates. When I had approached Mr. Santosh owner of the firm I was being assured of a smooth and hassle-free service till the time I get the report from the firm. I had paid extra to avail the additional verification of 3 important documents from the Govt office. As promised after paying the amount the document was being picked up the very next day. I called up Mr. Santosh for some additional observations/queries pertaining to the property which I wanted to get verified and the same I had sent through mail as well. I was being informed from the firm that I would receive the report after 5 days (Saturday by 5pm). I waited patiently till Saturday 5pm but didn’t receive any report. I had called up the firm and the lawyer, but the call wasn’t being picked up. I had then sent a mail to the firm as on the same day (Saturday). The very next day afternoon, which was on Sunday, I was sent a soft copy of the report. We couldn’t understand the document which mostly consisted of legal terms and we expected a proper explanation of each, and every observation provided in the document. I had immediately called up Mr. Santosh for understanding the observations/points mentioned in the document but the call was never being answered. I had decided to call him next day which I did in morning, but he picked and told me that he will get back to me. He didn’t even had time the to listen to me. Then we again called him in the evening when he picked up and we started to go through the points mentioned in the document. The additional questions which we asked were no-where mentioned in the document. When we raised the point, he said that this is just a draft and all the points will be mentioned in the physical copy. When we were asking our queries e.g. lake encroachment, planning etc; then he only asked us if there were any water bodies nearby the property. This should have been the responsibility of the firm to figure out whether any encroachment of any sort is there in the property. In the soft copy of the report only the previous buyers and the sellers name were mentioned which he was going through when we asked him for the verbal explanation. We raised a point to him regarding the professionalism in the services being provided by the firm because the timeline was not met, and it was always us the customer who had to reach out to him or the firm for any kind of services. On telling that he became angry and raised his voice on us. Even he told us that the money he paid for the services doesn’t matter to him. He is the owner of an Audi car. Somehow, we came to common terms and decided that the documents will be screened again for the additional queries and will be provided to us by next day itself. I am not sure how a document can screen again within such a short span of time. We had received the documents within couple of days, but no more explanation was being provided to us regarding the document. I had tried to reach out to him regarding the same, but my call goes unanswered.I am not used to writing reviews for any kind of services, but the totally unprofessional service being provided by GR Associates has compelled me to write this review. It was a very pathetic and disappointing service. We have wasted our money with this firm. I would not recommend this lawyer and firm to anyone.

Overall satisfied with the thorough property verification.Respects time and delivers report on time.But only problem is, not easily reachable over call whenever you wish. Sometimes, you need to clear very small doubts but seems to be in hurry. But this is bound to happen if grow in popularity, as you have more clients and comparatively lesser time for each client.

Very Unprofessional, So many mistakes in sale deed, these professionals dont know the spelling of 20 in words... it was entered as TWNETY instead of TWENTY, Yeshoda Instead of Yashoda, and extra Intial was added on name, sub registrar area was entered as both Jayanagar and JP nagar, Yard was entered as sq metre, PAN number entered was wrong, Instead of typing DD no they have typed as Cheque no.As yard was entered as Sq mtr, we had to postpone the registration. And inspite of this correction.To our bad luck, We found out all the above mentioned mistakes in sale deed after the registration and when asked Mr Santosh responds saying that its of no use reading the deed now and it was our fault that we dint find it before registration... we dint have time to do all this so we paid him 33000 just to document verification, sale deed, registration excluding Govt fees.Im surprised that they dont know the spelling of twenty and thats pathetic🙃Very disappointing service.
