Particularly at the time of interview more of demanding kind of voice , not professionally asked questions. Panel - Krishnamoorthy Prakash speaks in sarcastic way if we have worked with his past colleagues or leaders. This definitely not shows interest to work with Fidelity if the candidates get selected also. The pattern of interview discussion has to be more specific what kind of role they are looking because they simply waste senior people /experienced talents time.

Not recommend, if you are facing huge financial problems and no other option then you can join here. Work will be about 13 hours per day excluding traveling. Most of the days you work here you should do overtime and work both Saturday and Sunday. Hardly you get one day off in a week if you try to convince your lead or manager. No professionalism and career growth. Policies are very old and awkward.

As a fresher I joined lot of work pressure our manager will ask us to reduce the break and work.we shld work on Saturday and Sunday.Favorism is more in this company only they will save the employee who are in the favor of TL managers & trainers. HR is very arrogant dont have patience to speak with employees. Important thing theres no safety for women employees. The worst worst worst company I have worked.

Bad experience, hr dont even know how to communicate with freshers. The hr word itself tell that how to maintain relationship with the candidates but this hr doesnt know how to communicate with people

They had clearly mentioned in the JD, interview is for the freshers . But as soon as we reached they sent us back saying it is only for the experienced candidates. Worst experience ever!!

I went to attend interview. There is no proper guidance from security. I waited long time and HR came to check how many people came to attend for interview. Finally he asked who are freshers and experienced. I said I am experienced, then he said we are not hiring experienced if you want to join as a fresher join are else you can leave. He dont know how to treat and respect people they dont have minimum commen sence also. Finally I said thanks to him and came back. I am not in HR position level, but my previous organizations thought me how to treat ppl.

Im editing this review after 4 years I left FNF. I work here for more than 2 yrs. Comparing my experienced with other companies, the management are not sincere enough. Ego was the main issue. Never respect the employees, their aim was to make work done anyhow. Force to login early or logout late paying minimal for extra time. Management, HR should not toture the employees.But employees are really awesome I really love it. Lot of hard working people, sincere and readiness to mingle always.
