Very bad customer service. They show care and concern only until you pay money. Once money taken they never bothered to listen you. Sales people will never help you in any issue. They will say only onething that we dont have refund policy we cant help you. Please dont visit place. They are worried about only their money not your future. Dont get struck by listening to their words. Find some good consultancy.

Fraud consultancy.They charged 25 thousand to apply for colleges and did not apply for single institution . Brainstorm employees are not bothered about students life,consultancy does not know the procedure to apply for institutions and nobody responses to your call.They were asking money for application and visa process.I had dropped my abroad study plan because of Brainstorm consultancy.Police have to take strict action against brainstorm consultancy. I want my 25k back.......Applied through other consultancy in Bangalore ,All process were free of cost and did not charge a penny for application or visa processing.They applied for 5 universities and got me offer letter from 4 universities within 2 week. They helped me in getting 50% scholarship and i got my visa .I will finish my MSc this year.Please, I dont suggest brainstorm consultancy for students.

Ive been here for Pte coaching. Its not totally worth it. At first, theyll tell you they will give the best coaching and then things start to happen. They just give you random exercises from text book and ask you to practice. I get YouTube was far better than brainstorm coaching.Trust me, if you want to save money, dont go here.

The worst..... After receiving money they are least bothered about the candidate and their training, one resource person teaches the entire set of students irrespective of their date of admission the same class runs daily. What you sow is what you reap. GOD IS WATCHING.

The classes are going on as per the schedule. Management is very friendly and helpful. My suggestions is to change their books provided to the students as it is not so effective as its little easy compare to main exams. Which wont be helpful for the students.RegardsSuhas K M

Hi Friends, (( i have been associated (cheated) with brainstorm consultancy in 2014, for my study abroad, my personal review would be its an worst consultancy in the world, they are here to loot money. I have spend huge for getting enrolled, once you get enrolled they dont provide you the service as they told initially. They spoil your carrier and life as it happened to me, they will send all the wrong information to the university and the university rejects your application, I hav all the call recordings and documented proof for all the info provided. This is my kind request to all the candidates that not to join the consultancy. I had posted this review few weeks back but they told me they will do the refund of the enrollment fees and they tld to delete the post from FB, but they cheated me they are telling me that they cannot refund the fees, so i dont know how long this post will be here, it can get deleted any time. so this is my kind request that dont spoil ur career and life by joining this consultancy there are many other consultancies who provide better service. i am planning to move legally against this so that no other candidates get cheated by this, they dont provide the service as provided. Had a good learning experience at Brainstorm which helped me achieve a CLB band score of 9. Many thanks to Shabeena Mam, she was great with her coaching skills and abilities. Very bad response. Staff does not know how speak with the students. They never care about the problems that we raise during the course. There is no communication between staff internally. They respond saying that they do not know the information. Staff never collect the minimum required details while talking to the candidates.

I dont recommend this to anyone. They have very fast services until you pay them. After that they wont answer your calls, they keep lying about the process, and they are very slow. I lost admission from two universities because of them.

The classes they provide here are quite resemblant to the actual exam, which is really useful on the exam day . All 4 modules of the IELTS exam are taught really well and doubts and mistakes are cleared by sir who teaches here. Overall it was very useful and well worth it.

GRE verbal teacher JYOTHI mam has been a good guide and a teacher. verbal part was made veyr easy and very very interesting in all ways possible. multiple activities were done by her to make the class interesting and as well as a great learning experience. I had gone to the RT Nagar Brainstorm branch to speak to seek some advice about writing SOPs. There I met Jyothi Maam. Didnt expect more than the usual superficial advice. However, the detailed advice maam gave definitely helped me in properly structuring my essay. Learning my TOEFL date was also around the corner, she had offered some advice on that as well. The 118/120 I subsequently scored was due in no small part to her advice. Record yourself while speaking, remove the uhms and uhhs, and always write a powerful introduction. and other such tidbits.
