Very poor experience ..never go for Tredence interview...I was contacted by a HR, I have 14 years of experience and before the HR call I did not heard about this company ..but somehow I got convinced and accepted to through the interview1) 13 May -1st round - A senior PM took my interview and I answered all the technical and functional questions2) 19 May - 2nd round - Principal - Technology took my 2nd round interview and was impressed by my technical skills and project management skills3) 26 May - 3rd and final round - VP of Data engineering - Interviewer was rude to me for no reason ..he asked me about my background that I narrated for 3 mins in details then he asked me 1 question on microservices that I answered as per my knowledge (may not be 100% convincing) ..Interview over in 6 mins ..he said he is done and asked if I had any question ..I was so amazed and shockedMy advise to anyone reading this ..do not waste your time like I did ..probably I was too expensive to them and probably the VP decides on the same ..what was the reason of ending interview after 1 question and 6 mins I am not sure

I have joined the Tredence troop in Oct 2020. The hiring process was remote and the HR team has communicated at a very good pace with multiple follow-up interviews to offer the SE position with a highly competitive pay. The process just took a week. Thanks to Siva for identifying my profile and highlighting it. Tredence indeed is the best work place which I have worked so far. They had a very good HR Induction system in place and its very smooth. Tredence has offered me a suitable role on which I had worked before. The US based projects that we are working has given me the opportunity to learn and improve on many aspects of technical development while building an application. The team members and seniors are knowledgeable, supportive and helpful while many of them know multiple programming languages. The delivery managers who handles the project management are highly experienced and the work will be monitored under Jira tool. This year, Tredence has planned to expand its boundaries to Delhi & Chennai area. The special thing about Tredence is that they have their own LMS portal called Tredence Academy where we can buy and learn new courses to which we get reimbursements. Tredence info security is very high and they have well organized support structure in place too. Tredence has been planted with great work-life balance. It feels great to be a part of this organization. I look forward to grow with you. 🧡

Got the job, but the management is so poor they took days, even months to roll down the offer. Shame of a company.

One of the most substandard analytics companies in India/Bangalore. Employees dont have basic business etiquettes and soft skills. To stop employee attrition, HR managers spread negative word of mouth about other companies.Thats really funny considering their own internal work culture which their analysts complain about.Advice to HRs - please work on internal work culture rather than spreading hearsay about other companies which are out of your league.

Hiring process is bad. After clearing all the rounds HR would tell you that you will receive an e-mail (offer letter). But even after 2 week i did not get any response and when I called the HR she said i am busy with your work and will call you later daily getting same response.
