Hi All,I had my case taken up initially by Vinod from Apex visas bangalore. He instilled confidence in me to fasten the process and it is going on right now. However due to delay from my end, things are now going on a little slowly. Worst place to apply is in Apex Visa. They talk nicely while having the registration done. the case officer will not even call you till you have initiated yourself. Just to close your case they will call you 2 time and never bother to call you. plus they never guide you properly. never given that care to client who paid them full. Also while registration wrong information been passed and taken a registration upon. Case handlers are such a idiots even after telling that we working people do not check personal emails that regularly even after that they do not call you. The ultimate reason is they do not care after you have registered with them. For name sake they will call you 2 times and then close you case when you do not respond to their emails. They just want to EAT clients money without doing any work

Its been more than 4 years and the result is still zero from their end. In the name of visa, they will just do some documentation and then they dont even know the proper procedure to put the candidates profile in the pool or help the candidate properly. I know few people who went with very low crs points and in-spite of scoring a good crs points from my end, the result is nothing. I have asked for a refund which they denied. People, please dont put your hard earned money behind this lethargic and illiterate consultancy.

Terrible service. I do not recommend at all to do any visa paperwork with this company. The least professional people that I have ever seen in my life.Before paying they are very friendly and attentive with you, once you have paid the courtesy and attention disappears.We paid 8,000 rs, so that later in the Spanish embassy they told us that several documents were missing. Even from Apex Visa they told my girlfriend that she should not travel to Spain at all. I dont understand why?In particular, we deal with a lady call Priyanka, from Pune. And after we request her to refund our money for not providing the expected service , they denied and stop replying to our emails.

Though the office is small the staff is really professional. They will sort out all your queries and provide all relevant information. They will not rush you through the process and will let you decide. Like other agencies they will not pressurize you to pay asap. Multiple payment plans are provided. They do have offices overseas also and assist you in job search in those countries.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. They have a tagline we know immigration better.. But they didnt know.. They have such a slow employees.. Even turtle can move faster than their employees.. I paid 8300 for their service. They didnt asked all the documents together.. They were asking the documents one by one, which made the document collecting process to happen like one month.. I have submitted them all my proofs including salary slips and bank statements to get australia visa.. even though I provided all the documents earlier, they didnt warn me that my salary is not suffice to get tourist visa for Australia.. They made me to pay the immigration process fee and let the application get rejected by IMMI.. This shows only one thing.. either they are money minded people or they are not a experienced professionals for this job..Both Chennai and Pune office have immatured money minded employees.. Stay away from them to save your money..

The worst service ever!! I have had a very bad experience with a lot of miss guidance and false promises. Just to make the sale, it doesn’t mean it has to convey with false information and miss guidance. After all, it shows how punctual the company is towards their work. There was so much of miss guidance been given to me, made me spend a lot of money and a lot of time waste.

I applied for schenegan visa last year and these people tell me that1.France doesnt come in schengen area and asked me for extra pay.2. Very unprofessional.3. I did full payment and after couple of days they told me that they cant get appointment for Visa.For refund they took more than 3 months and not even once they called me back regarding the refund in these 3 months. Very unprofessional and they dont care about there customers money.And finally after repeated calls for 3 months I got 80% of my paid amount.P:s Had horrible experience will surely not go back to them or suggest anyone.

Unprofessional and money minded fraudsters, just looking to loot money out of innocent people who gonna put their trust unto them. Had lost more than 80K after waiting for 5 months trusting the false promises given by their head Jeevan regarding refund to find endless false promises and waiting for refund till date. I will be posting more on communications done, screen shots and voice recordings on other social media platforms. Guys even i had given referals and they do got cheated. Please dont ever fall for their sweet words. They will just loot you and leave you down the road hopeless.
