Based on my experienced I should say Prolific Consultancy is one of the best consultancy I have come across. They are irritating... I got a call from Prolific consultancy for first time... I informed them that I am doing a job. Still every month they are calling me and asking me about are you looking for a job .... Find new people and please update your database correctly , stop calling me .... It seems that you just depend on me... Even if I loose a job I will never visit this consultancy....

Please dont work for this consultancy.. they will recruit u as a senior HR recruiter but treat u as a telecaller...the head Tanya has two favourites sneha and Ruby and she will only introduce them as senior recruiter and rest everyone as telecaller....also if u r Tanyas fav and not achieving daily calling targets its fine or else...she will torture u...a very bad place to work for..

Worst company and worst HR (Taniya) I have ever seen in my career life.They hire us telling good package and they fix very low salary whether you perform well or not.
