I have got placenta through alps and worked for a year. When it come to Epfo details update they update all wrong details. I am trying to update my details for last 1 year through alps, they are not responding to calls as well emails. Online query just name Sake..Worse experience ever

They sent to me for an interview in Accenture I was looking for HR jobs and she sent me for a p2p process job and when I tried to contact her she didnt even pick the call nor they called me back useless people wasting time,money of students, jobseekers

Worst consultancy ever.... They handle resumes in a wasteful manner... They call for the drive and after those easy interviews, you will never get a call from them irrespective of your selection. Especially, whenever you call for your results, the receptionist picks up the call and says, Sorry, you are not selected. I am absolutely sure that he wouldnt even bother to check it with the HRs.It ostensibly good as they tend to fake it.

Old school recruiter who will ask you theoretical questions and definitions in job interviews.

Hello EveryoneThis is My Personal ExperienceI’ve received an Email stating that We(ALP) Hiring for Investment Banking Please attend the interview in Our Consultancy..They said There will be 3 rounds of interviews1) HR 2) Aptitude 3) TypingI’ve Cleared TWO rounds & I got an Call From consultancy that You have cleared the Apti & U need to attend an Interview in Main company..First of All Why did they conduct an interview in ALP ??In the Main branch I had been to interview few days back.I don’t Know about the work but the Process of the interview & Behaviour of The HR is not So Good.I don’t remember the HR name who took first round of our interview Sounds like he is Hater of our Regional Language (Kannada).All the 3 Rounds process It got completed in the evening 8PM.So Plan Accordingly Whenever you are attending for this Interview..Best of Luck 👍🏻

They dont bother about candidates who visited them.. they just send candidates to the company and there HR people do so irresponsible interview

Me and my friend have attended interview here and after 2weeks I got call stating ur selected for next round and we went to 2 different companies after all the rounds an the company hr will tell u consultancy will contact you regarding the feedback and its been 3week even now no call from they when I tried to reach them they will tell we are yest to receive feedback from company. I better suggest all the other ppl not to attend any of the interview here this is a fake one they just schedule your interview thats all they do no job r been given. I tell u clearly that if u think this boy is telling nonsense u will get to know once you attend interview there.

I visited that place once it is very useful for the students .who have no job visit that place and prove yourself there. It is a consultency service based

Good office interior. Will be confused at the entry if you are visiting for the first time. the security sits inside two secret doors! The process and service provided by them are good. They will take you on payroll. These people refer you to the company and you have to work under their label for another company to which you are interviewed. I would personally suggest you to cross check before you join. They will not explain anything about the the payroll process. Be safe and have detailed info what you will get in hand and when. They will pay you from their side as you are their staff, but working for Another BIG BRAND COMAPNY. You should be aware of the endings problem with experience certifates, reliving etc.CAUTION :THINK BEFORE YOU JOIN

It deserves a - 5 rating. They will send you emails about interviews and when you get there some as*hole of an employee takes one look at your resume and says that were not hiring for this background and you can leave for the day when you send emails make sure you mention specifically that you need candidates who fit your criteria, some of us are disabled and live pretty far away.

People working dar they think they are too smart.. they don’t know how to treat interview walk ins - the attitude that interviewer had as if he is super star ..

You need to understand one thing.As you are hiring only fresher, so freshers not perfect people, we cant judge people by one or two questions.At the moment they may failed to answer your question, it doesnt mean that they dont know anything, any how your doing well by recruiting only freshers.

Would recommending the cross check the take home from a company before hopping into the company. It was really poor experience for me as I had come to a shock to see when my take home had unbelievable deductions making it almost not half even of the CTC promised

Its a Consultancy for job I went there for interview 1st HR Round after Apptitude and told that inform later about result and I got call that I passed the Apptitude and have to go for company interview and they not shared me details and I call back in on Consultancy no. Not get positive response.Upset by the behaviour.

I want to give minus rating, worst consultancy ever seen, recruiters are hopeless here especially Ms. Priya working there doesnt know how to treat the candidate and doesnt know to keep up her words. Just to achieve her target she will make the candidates to walk in, then after we can see her real face. And they will schedule the second round of interview but if the candidates go or dont go they are least bothered. Useless people an useless consultancy. Waste of time and money going her. I strongly wont recommend. Incase of package what they tell over phone will be totally different when we go for face to face interview. Shameless Consultancy.
