Whenever you join any organization as an intern, the first question that dwells into your mind is How would I fare?. And just like any other intern, my first day at CX was filled with an aura of nervousness. But little did it matter as the CX family quashed it with a resounding blow as they welcomed me on board like we knew each other for centuries. Speaking of the work being done at CX as an intern, you are primarily asked to source for leads. And dont worry if you dont know how to source for leads, because you will have your own buddy program in the form of a trainer to guide you through the right ways. Primarily you would be asked to focus on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. When I was hired at CX, I had no idea of how to use LinkedIn. By the time I left (after 4 months), I had perfected the art of using Sales Navigator. Also, working with CX made me understand the plethora of opportunities that are present in the market. It makes you more aware about the roles and companies that play a huge role in the start-up and corporate sphere, which could play into your hands in the future on making company decisions. All in all, CX is a close knit family that guides you through the different aspects of the intern role and most importantly? They take good care of you. Also, a bit of a heads up... if you know how to play TT, youre going to enjoy the work even more. Kudos to the CX family for providing me such wonderful memories.

Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest acts. This is the secret of success.To start with, the most amazing part of CareerXperts is, it does not let you feel like you are an employee…It feels like a family. Work is good, you are in safe hands and you grow with the company.My wife works at CareerXperts for last 13 years and they solve the real hard problems of their customers.I highly recommend people to join them. In fact she is hiring Recruiters, Data Analysts and Support Analyst. Connect, if you think youre the right fit.

Pros: Happening clients (which is common for all consultancy now)Cons: you dont learn recruitment at all. You just learn hitting in the dark.Whatever the management commits to you kindly get it validated. Else you are gone for toss.You are pressurized to send more profiles (extremely high when compared to other consultants in the market) and your work life balance goes for a toss.They promisse you tools for social media Recruitment and then force you to work on the conventional way and on the other side they talk about unconventional recruitment (funniest part)One or two long term employees run the show and they convince the Juniors to get things done.Thoughts: Not at all recommended for freshers or any Good recruiter.

Live it to believe it.Careerxperts has been a real treat.I am part of something big, making a true impact and have a lot of autonomy and responsibility here.Over the past 2+yrs, I’ve learnt a lot and the people I am surrounded with are energetic, pro-active, supportive which makes this place all the more amazing.I am given all liberty to express and perform, I have seen people working here since years as this organization is very good in retaining.

Pros:Wish there was something which I can tell about.Good to see that CareerXperts is actually getting very good reviews. But, I was just wondering, WHY are all the good reviews being posted only by the management and the people working there.. Seems funny!! Let me be crisp, I was a part of CareerXperts for more than a year and i wil share my honest experience.Cons: Starting with the infrastructure, neat from the outside but the place lacks in the interior and very unhygienic.And about the seniors, it was hard for me to find who the MD is because most of them act in such a way that they are the boss of the place.Never u will have any career growth.Coming to the learning part, NULLLL!!! We did not have anything new to learn here.P.S: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Joining CX is undoubtedly one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The environment is that of a start-up, so I can express freely and see the hard work of people payoff.I still have a long way to go but I definitely have learnt a lot from the entire team, like – soft skills, work ethic, understanding & managing clients.
