They have closed the Anish Crown Imperial project and sold the land to Kumari builders. Now Kumari is saying that we should talk to Anish and there is no one to speak to. Anyone else is facing this issue?

. I’m a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying that I had no choice but to work with an executive. My partner dug up Ram and shigra palms and I grudgingly went along despite suspicions that the reviews sounded too good to be true. I was won over pretty quickly for all of the reasons noted above (see the many stars). Mostly though, I got the strong sense that he was working to get me and my partner something we’d be happy with for the best possible price. He was quite responsive and patient with talking us through the reams of paperwork. The times he said we’d probably get out-bid, we did. In the end he talked us down a bit, and saved us a heap.

Worst response ever from a project builders. Now am fighting hard to get my advance back. They did give me check and eventually it bounced back. Very hard to get to talk.all the good star reviews you see here are only from visitors not from buyers.Not recommended.

They are too worst.. I cancelled the project because I got some bad reviews about their construction. To refund the booking money I paid for 50000/- it has been more than 4 months they paid me only 25000/- that too after so many calls and requests. Now they have not paid me the rest of the money they have changed their contact numbers. The people at the reception are useless and manner less they do not know how to answer the call they hang the phone right on your face... They will also know the pain if some one takes their money and doesnt give it back.I have worked with so many construction companies but these are useless. They dont respond to the emails they changed their numbers.Please be careful with your invested money as they are big cheaters And I am going to proceed legally against their company...Finallly they gave my complete money today 23 feb 17

They have been cheating people with similar fraudulent projectsAnish common wealth is also their project, from past three years till date not even single villa or basement they have constructed.Stay from these cheats.Initially I have decided to go with the project and paid advance, after knowing about their pathetic track record cancelled the real and even after 6 months I am yet to receive full amount.

Few months before i bought a 3bhk villa and it was cheap and best price for me.In bangalore i cant get 3bhk in this price with many good amenities.

FOR SRI SHIGRA BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS.This is one of the worst builders I have ever met. I have booked a plot in Whitefield area. 1.Our alloted agent use to ask us money near his location, Not in site or office.2.After continuous follow up we got the receipt of our payment after 15 days of payment.3. Receipt was with wrong plot area. Then it was so messed up.. After continuous complaints, I got another agent4.He has given some docs and recipt for the amount but they have mentioned wrong name in docs.5.After getting docs its been more than a month I m trying to reach a person who can lead us on next step but the contact person has left that builder and now we are no where..6.no communication has been shared yet with us that who is the contact person for us. No response on calls and emails.7. I went to their Whitefield address what is mentioned on our paper but there was no office.. somehow I got person on their mentioned number & she said office has been shifted to HSR.8 no communication to us on that also, we went to HSR, but there is no office at all, we romed for 30 mins but there is no office for them.9. We are left nowhere now, our 1.10 Lakh is blocked, no contact person for us, nobody is talking from the builders on our issue. Its been 6 months I have paid the entire amount.=> Please customers dont go with their free cab service and offers, please check properly in their office address do all deals in office dont go as per their agent face and words.

Green county is good project and i got very good appreciation with in a 6 months time and the development also toooo fast they r doing thanks Anish team to full fill my dreams.

They shown me Sri shigra villas in outskirts of Bangalore and paid 10k as security deposit later decided to call off buying the villa it took 3 months to get 10k back and management is not that good..So be careful while dealing with these guys

I have purchased a plot from Anish smart city project in 2014 and paid them for processing the khata. They are yet to issue a khata. Very poor customer service , no accountability, numerous follow ups and fed up

Commonwealth project is indeed good... They were very helpful during my booking process. But due to some unfortunate scenario, i had to cancel my booking. However, its been 3 months and now the Marketing guys are not doing a refund of my money. They are not even picking up calls. I would like Anish management to take a note of Mohan and Vamsi who took a booking amount of 1 Lakh and now not even responding...

Horrible... Fraud people....Dont buy this property....Due to some personal reasons I had to cancel my booking. Since Nov 16 they are not refunding my 1 lac rupees. They dont pick up calls and numbers change frequently. So many calls i have made but not a peny they have refunded.

Hi Anish Team,I have purchased a plot in the Anish Smarty City project in May 2014 and its been more than 2 years I have following up with Panchayat Office & with you guys to get my Khatha transferred on my name but no Luck. I still havent been able to get my Khatha transferred on my name yet despite having all the documents. I am told by the Panchayat Office that the Developer i.e you guys have to get the Khatha released from the Planning office and post which it will be transferred to respective property owners. I have tried calling the Director Ramesh Reddy several times and the Lawyer Vinayak from Anish team but no answer. I am hoping someone is looking into pending work for the Projects which have already been sold by you guys; rather than just focusing on New projects & new customers. Prompt action required to help close on the Project deliverable on site as mentioned in the Sale deed and also help several Customers like me to complete the required documentation in the right way. Hoping for some prompt action.
