SVS windgate is a very nice apartment and around 300+ families living there .

Good maintained

The builders of this apartment complex truly had the customer in their mind. First thing that comes to my mind is that it is spacious. The residents are lucky to live in this complex! It is not congested and one can feel the breeze flowing from one end to another. Ample parking space is provided on ground floor. Each of the steps in the staircase leading to higher floors is wide and broad making climbing comfortable. I rarely used the lifts. There is a well landscaped park in the farther end where kids can play and elders can socialize. It grows veggies for your kitchen too! And yes, there is a swimming pool, gym, multiple purpose Court to play basketball badminton etc. These are in the middle of the complex so every resident can access them easily. The complex has 24 hour security and power backup. The residents association gets all its residents to come together and celebrate National and festival days with entertainment programs and lunch/ dinner. SVS windgates its truly a wonderful Apartment complex.

Small apartment complex consists of 4 blocks. Well planned... Has club house , gym, 2 bedminton court, cricket pitch, children play area ...

Everytime water issue, electricity issue, limited power back up, limited water supply and maintenance charges are more than shoba.
