If its completed and finished up to the mark, then this can be a good mid range property to buy as the flats are designed with maximum space utilization which makes the rooms look spacious.Will update the ratings once this building is completed to satisfactory level :)

On the main road good small society.

It’s on the main road but not much amenities. Those who are only want to be in the home , they can have a look.

Good place to stay.

Construction is still in progress for 4:years now.. people have given up and started staying in under construction building. Builders are giving fake promise and making people wait for years. Sub contractor on site is pathetic. No funds to complete this project is their fake dialogue. But other buildings in same banner have been completed.

Its really good project with good construction quality, this is OC/CC project. Moreover owner and marketing teams are friendly with customers.Lovely apartments..

The project situated in prime location in off Sarjapur Road with good connectivity to major IT parks/schools/hospitals.
