This is where I live, a peaceful place, kids enjoy, socialize, play. All facilities/classes for kids available including swimming class, karate, kalari, dance including bharathanatiyam, yoga, music etc.

The swimming area is stunning and play area for kids is huge. I loved it. They have given special attention towards the space as its very important. The moment you enter HM Indigo, you will be amazed to see the kind of space they have provided. It’s not for the namesake. You will really feel like taking a walk every morning or evening with your family.

HM Indigo, an integrated township project of HM Constructions has South Bangalore’s Largest Apartments. You’ll see a lot of open space here; vacant places have also been left between the building for proper air circulation which is commendable. Living room and bedrooms are way more spacious than you’ll find in any other apartment in Bangalore.

I came to know about HM Indigo through a friend and I am very happy i visited this property.The first impression was how spacious it is. In-fact, the apartments are way more spacious than I thought. It is rare to find such big apartments in such amazing price that too in a location, which is neither out of the city nor in the city. I found it perfect for me and my family. I am definitely looking forward to buy an apartment here.

I recently visited this property, one thing that I found very attractive was the huge kids play area where kids can enjoy time outdoors and reconnect with nature. You can see seesaw, swings, sliders and many new playground equipment there. Besides, security personnel are always there so that children can play and roam freely while parents can stay carefree at their home.

I saw HM Indigo while coming back from my office and planned to visit this property. Very satisfied to see it. It is beautifully built. It is situated off Kanakpura road making is accessible to all important places like school, hospital, malls etc. and at the time it has serene surroundings which I liked the most.

I have recently moved to HM World City. I would like to appreciate the sales team in the way they have handled our queries and also provided us options during our search for a perfect home. The team has also been quite helpful in providing us a flexible payment option too.

This project of HM Group is simply awesome. I recently visited HM Indigo and was mesmerised with the beauty. The architecture was really very striking. I liked the apartments also. Very spacious.. great ventilation..I would also like to appreciate the sales team. Mr Mudassar and his team is very polite and excellent when it comes to support the customers. They were ready to help me with any query.

Have been a resident here from past seven years. Association with HM goes long back. Really happy to be here. The spacious flats which are not easily available in the budget. If anybody is willing to purchaSe can het you a better deal.

Lifes finest luxury and conveniences like schools, cinemas, malls, multiplexes, banks, colleges and hospitals everything is near to this place but, the trick is it is situated off road which makes it away from the city noise and pollution. And that’s the best thing I liked about the project.

Lovely integrated township project; well connected by public transport. Situated between off Kanakpura Road and Bannerghatta Road, it is accessible to 3 metro stations which is truly amazing. The best thing is both the roads are signal free corridor which reduces the travel time.

I like how they have given attention to the importance of open area for evening walk or for kids to play around.

Apart from a wide range of amenities they’ve to offer, what I liked about this project was the location. It is situated between Kanakpura and Bannerghatta Road which are signal free corridors, making it extremely stress-free for people commuting to work or anywhere else in the city which is otherwise a nightmare.

Nice vibrant community, relatively quiet surroundings, Yelachanahalli metro around 2.5 KMs away, strategically located between Kanakapura and Bannerghatta Main roads.

It is a wonderful integrated township project located between Kanakpura and Bannerghatta Road with everything in the vicinity-school, hospital, banks, malls etc. Hardly 10-mins drive from Meenakshi Temple, 15 Minutes to Fortis & Apollo Hospital. Must consider if looking for a spacious apartment in a well-connected location.

Excellent Support from HM Group and Happy with community. It is a quite place. I am happy here and living at Lavender Block.

If you intend to buy in this project with a limited budget dont waste your time visiting the project. They quote only a nominal price in the site and when you visit they say it was by mistake and they quote a higher rate now. So, all your time, energy and effort (as well as petrol) you have spent is a waste. So, my advice, visit only if you are prepared to shell out a lot more than what they have advertised for.

I am living in HM World City over 10 years. There are many positives in the project. We get fresh air, Lots of open area, and away from all the noise and disturbance.Now, there are facilities like play area for small kids, Walking/jogging/cycling track, fitness centre, gaming zone.Now project has Cauvery water connection and also has borewell, which is sufficient during summerThe community is very friendly and have taken many initiatives like planting trees, which has made surrounding green. There is a good awareness about waste segregation, and entire area is kept very clean and tidy. Community also celebrates all occasions, festivals as a single family.

A huge project lined-up for many years to come but the style and plan of apartments under construction re same as they have been doing for completed towers many many years ago..!If you are looking for apartment with modern touch, this is not the one.

I am looking to buy an apartment in this property, had dropped into their sales office but there was no one except their security gaurd! Can somebody tell me how is the building quality and other stuff?

A total concrete jungle, with no hint of green anywhere. The authorities should make it mandatory for the builders to plant at least 10 plants per apartment. Else the city will burn and turn into a desert.

My maternal uncle stays here. We regularly visit them. Good apartments and good people live here in HM World City. Lot of apartments are here. All facilities like two car parkings in basement, swimming pool, gym, TT table are available.

HM World City is a nice place to live in. Now it has good approach road, close to Metro, and every 5 min you get public transport. Though it is close to main road, there is hardly any pollution (both air and sound). The project is within 10 min from both Kanakpura road and Bannergatta Road. Community is vibrant, well educated and friendly. It has both Cauvery water and Borewell facility. There is ample free space, and track for jogging, walking and cycling. Specially Mornings and Evenings, one could see community involved in outdoor activities.Design and quality of construction is excellent, with large windows, spacious interiors. Even after staying over 10 years, flooring and most of the infrastructure still looks new and is in good condition
