Ive been there in Vaswani bella vista once in 2013 and it was one of the best experiences in my life. Vaswani projects are always antic, best in looks, durable and feel a joy. They are being successful because they think about customer facilitation not about occupation of place to the inch..

A society of villas. The villas are nicely structured and they have ample amount.of parking space. But I couldnt find any other amenities like swimming pool or gym in the society even through the maintenance charges are like 8k

All fine, visitors car parking is just not there. Cant afford to park on a 20 road with dumpers, tractor trailers, lorries,etc carrying building materials.

Residents of Melrose walk their dogs on the road outside. While some of the dogs are quite adorable to watch, owners lack the civic courtesy to pick up after their pets. The road is always littered with dog poop.Shame. Shame. Shame. *rings bell*
