First and foremost I would like to comment on the location as its strategic and easily accessible. Fairly established on the TC Palya main road so the connectivity isnt at all a concern. Anyone can guide you to this place easily. This place is a prominent one as it caters the basic necessities of life at ease. Schools, College, Retail shops, Vegetable shops, Shopping mart and Shopping malls are nearby. Even most of the online portals deliver their product and services at this location. Coming to the property it seems to be quite old property by the appearance. The basement is quite dark and stinks too. Recently they have started the process of segregation of waste which is good. Lift is quite old and too slow. Parking space isnt friendly as it lacks the space. Theres no visitors parking facility. If there is no light or its theres no power perhaps there are chances of hitting the wall. Gym and Club house isnt in a great condition. I can say its okay okay. Most of the staffs are irresponsible and their behaviour is reckless. But some of them are really amazing human being.
