Small apartment , with good rain water harvesting, STP plant, STP water is recycled for flushing in toilet, which saves lot of water, GYM, party hall.etc...

Good Community with normal amenities. Very well connected with Road and Rail. Metro 3rd phase will be also coming near to the apartment.

Power backup on weekdays only. No ameneties in society. Location is very bad. There are no shops nearby. Parking is for only on 4 four-wheeler. The play area has only one swing, thats it. The gym doesnt even has a weighing machine. A big no.

Society is okay for a small family. Flats at economic range. But play area for kids and other common areas are not that great. Power backup is only given fully on weekends. So if you have work from home option its defenitely no no.

Good place to stay here. Nice surrounding. Little far from main city but its silent place away from much noise and traffic.

Location is good and very peaceful. If you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of the city then it is the correct place. Walking distance from RGA tech park and Wipro office around 3 km away.
