This project is delayed by 2 yrs. They have taken 90% of the money for 2yrs now and not delivered the flat yet. Now they are pressuring owners to take ownership of incomplete flat without an electricity connection. These guys are running a complete fraud operation and nobody should purchase any property in any of their developments.

Have been residing here since 2016 and have seen the locality change over the years. The apartment complex is well maintained and has decent quality. If you have invested here please do visit and keep pushing the builder for delivery if not the handover will be delayed inevitably. The surrounding has two kindergartens, multiple shops for provisions and vegetables, a saloon for men and women, restaurants, medical shops, departmental store, furniture shop, four wheeler and two wheeler workshops. There is a service apartment in 500 meters and a mall that is being constructed. So far the bore wells still work, could be because there is a well maintained lake less than a km away.

Its strange that the builder does not allow you to have your own choices in facilities like cable TV operator, Internet connection etc. Builder has his own benami agency that provide substandard Internet and cable connection. I dont understand what rights entitle the builder to have a control, on these basic rights/choices you see have, as the owner of your apartment. There are no service elevators, and the builder does not allow you to use the other elevators to carry any household stuff. Those who are thinking about getting an apartment in any of the top floors should think twice. There are no dedicated parking space for anyone. Finding an empty slot is a challenge.

Lot of construction around, causing dust issues. low noise. worried abouy water paucity in near future. lack of pharmacies, shopping malls close by.
