Loved the food at this place, very homely and good for health. Parking fee was only 10/- for entire day. The security was very jovial and wait time was minimum.

This project belong to Reddy Structures. And it has all its pros and cons.This project has total 310 flats; 2bhk and 3 bhk distrubuted among 5 blocks.Fisrt 3 blocks are almost complete and many occupants have completed 1 year staying here.Amenities are not completed yet; only swimming pool(with incompkete shower room) and badminton court are in place. One lift per block is working. Also parking spots have not been marked yet as per flat number.This project is 2.6 km from Bannerghatta main road(from brand factory) and 2.1 km from Hosur road(drom Bommanahalli signal). So, it would be in the middle of two upcoming metro line. Connecting roads have been repaired recently.It has got BESCOM connection, yet to get Cauvery water connection.Ola and Uber are not available during pick hours.Pre-Primary schools are within 100 meters. One child nursing home is also nearby. Fruits and vegetables shops are also near by.CCTV has been installed on crucial points. Airtel connection for broadband has been in place. Also BSNL has been laid their underground optical cable through the road. But, intercom has not been started.Its building construction is of good quality. They constructed 2 or 2 and half story beneath ground level.However, this project got delayed by more than one year and still under construction.

Mahaveer zephyr is really nice gated society. Also this is not that costly apartments like other famous brands. Quality of apartments are really nice also the rooms are spacious. Ground also available. Over all nice experience.

Nice residential layout. I have a flat here bit still the work is pending to 10percent. Like common way and parking way. Parking good the way is little tight.

I bought a flat in Mahaveer Zephyr 2 years back while it was under construction. I have been living here now for the past 1 year and I am happy to see how nice the project has developed over the years. Right from the Sales team to the Project team have been extremely helpful to ensure that our needs were met before and after the time of possession. I am happy I chose to go with Mahaveer as my choice of builders.

I liked it based on its location benefits and facilities they promised. However the best thing I found is there staff, so genuine and Frank about the business. Specially Vishnu and Naveen, are best in their business. There were delays and legal issues but the communication was clear and true.Will recommend this to everyone!

Its a gated society with one of the blocks still under construction.Its approx 2 kms from the metro station being constructed near bomnahalli.It consists of swimming pool,gym and badminton court etc for recreation.

Beautiful apartment and good space for parking. Super market is within walking distance.

Very lazy and hope less builder....When ther is any legal issues in apartment,he will ask resedent to fight on it....Dont purchase from this builder and dont loose your hard earned money...

Suggest not to buy from this builder. I booked this property way back in 2015 . They promised possession in August 2016. My block is still work in progress. I have never seen such a lazy progress.

A friend wanted to book a flat in their Ranches project under their Buy-back, 10-80-10 scheme. They promise to double your investment in 36 months. Dont trust these cheats; you may end up losing your 10% of the initial investment. They promise to arrange for the Bank loan without checking with the bank/s. When the bank/s raise any issues, these crooks put the blame on you and your money is blocked with them. Consult your lawyers before investing in their projects; or, better avoid these unscrupled vultures!

I bought four months before. Looks like STP issue exists near to my flat (heavy Foul Smell and Sound from the motor Engine). They Hided me about the issue and Sold the Apartment. Now past 4 months i am facing the issue. i have sent 45 emails to the property management and Modification team. Still Today. No solution from them Yet.. Finally i am the sufferer (living with Foul smell daily from the STP tank) without response.. i Given Enough Time.. now i am really Fed up.., facing issue with wtp as well

Overrated project, roads are narrow and crampy in and around this project. By seeing the quality of this project, we must understand that for quality we must invest in reputed builders property/project only. Worst fittings and finishing they have given inside the apartment. Dont fall prey to less and cheaper price.

Well managed builders this block is still under finishing stage approach is too narrow from all the area to this block very near to IT parks such as electronic city ,Marathali,etc.

Well built. The work is still in progress. The swimming pool and badminton court are good. Spacious parking. Shops and markets are very close yet the complex is located in a calm and quite area. The only problem as with most other locations in Bangalore is the traffic. Especially the silk board junction and the right turn you have to make when you come from silk board. But the area is quite close to Electronic City. Good for those working in Kadubeesanahalli or Electronic City. Also good if youre located in Sarjapur Road. Overall a good location to live. The prices are on a higher side. You could get a better option for the same price at Sarjapur Road with a bigger builder.

This project is located in between bannerghatta road and hosur road. Locality not so great. I visited the property, you should see the attitude of the sales team oh...they just dont care about customers. Mr Teja from the sales team attended me he is the worst. And about the builder just google and didnt find good reviews. Its better to not go for such builders/project.

Okay kind of building, still under construction for E block. 15 mins from silk board

Very good residential property.Some area is still under construction. Nice and planned society.Swimming pool and Gym are also available. Lots of shops are in the vicinity to buy groceries.. BTM layout and Koramangala area is hardly 20-30 mins from this society.Distance from Bangalore Airport is around 45 kms.

There is a legal issue in the propery and the court case is in progress from past 1 year. Builder is lying for giving possession by next year but it will take atleast 2.5 years after the case is resolved and if its in favour of builder. if the case in not in favour then god know about your hard earned money. anyways builder reputation is not good due to average quality and too much of deviation in the plan approved by bbmp.

Pathetic customer service, they compromise quality, un ethical practice, un professional staff who do not know how to manage customers talk to customers. they know only how to take money when it comes to delivery the dates keep on moving and no one can commit what date they will deliver your flat. they market to give lots of amenities but at the end many things are not delivered.people I request you to beware of these cheaters and if you go around there properties and talk to people you will know the reality.
