I stay nearby bharti city went and approached builder for 2bhk few months back the price we finalized went to bank loan then builder started increasing extra for car parking water electricity which he shoots up to few lakhs was shocked to see how he manipulates price.******so dont trust this builder be careful*****finally now i bought nearby area almost same price 3bhk flat with a good quality apartment with a honest builder. this is my review before u get into trouble with him final decision is all yours.

Good ambience but the quality of building is underrated

Builder is not genuine & quality of building is very bad. Dont go with outside look and put your hard earned money here

Nice apartments parking facility and bore well also available not fully configured like gym not installed and some items are still missing
