It is a good place and there is a large play area for kids to play .

Society is pretty big and looks very spacious from outside but it is very congested from inside. Parking space is very less. I liked the flat architecture, its spacious and well designed from inside. I would suggest respective authority to take care of maintaining this society and keep the beauty intact else this society will loose its charm over time. Very good play area, children like this place very much. Security is high for this apartment and they will maintain neatly.

Lift is very far for house shifting

Apartment is well maintained. Good security. Even though rent is little high . It is worth it. Your children will love the play area and swimming pool. Apartment association celebrate all major festival and enjoy as community.

Nice play to stay. I see that kids enjoy this place to utmost having ample play areas. Apartment is well designed especially B-Block which provisioned a greenery lawn in the center surrounded by flats. We can see many new shops such as pharmacy, clinic, groceris/vegetables etc. are being opened recently very close to this apartment and make our everyday life a bit easier. Above all, apartment is near to many IT parks such as Cessna Business Park, JPMorgan etc..

The best residential I have seen with lot of open space. Most happening place with great community. Feeling awesome being part of it ☺

Very good apartment with lot open space compared of around area. There are many amenities Jogging track, Tennis court, Basket ball court, 3 play areas for childrens with gardens. Very good community and helpful, Celebrations and functions in apartments. 1.3KM from outer ring road and nearby many corporate offices, schools Horizon, Geetanjali, etc.

Well organized apartment complex but no guest parking

A great place to live. I have been there for two years and I loved that place. Flats are too costly though to buy.

Overall planning of the society is really poor.Pros:Security is tight. You have to get approval from the resident you want to visit to enter the society.Has green cover.Amenities like swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, childrens play area present.Cons:Maintenance of the society is not upto the mark considering the amount they take for maintenance charges.Entry and exit points to the buildings are not direct.You cant bring a 4-wheeler or even a 2-wheeler right upto the entrance of any block as there is no proper gates to them!The best way to reach your flat is through the basement parking, then up the stairs or the elevator.Parking is not in an orderly fashion. It is not organised serially so finding your designated spot can be difficult.

Well located apartment with facilities like swimming pool, and fast developing area. Good schools in near proximity . Lot of shops close by to source groceries and other requirements. Very close to Sakra hospital and very close to many offices. Also close to good multiplexes and malls. Also Easily accessible to Varthur and Whitefield. Great neighbors as well make a good living.

Extremely disappointed with Security manager. I keep visiting to my friend who is staying here. Everytime security manager named Shankali bikas giri is misbehaving. He used to take photo of the guests. Do you think that the guests are criminals?This is ridiculous. I think, commetee should consider this and take action on it. I dont feel going there anymore.

Decent residential apartment complex for family to stay. basic needs family needs like groceries, vegetable shops are available in stone throw away distance. many schools around this residential complex new horizon gurukul, Gear International, Vibyor and many IT offices are in 2 kms distance.

Very costly for those who are looking 2BHK apartments within budget (less than 30k per month)Cant escape from broker fee and high advance amount.

Its clean and suited for bachelors. Spacious parking available. Rent is affordable.

Awesome society. Gym is still on progress thought, but security and everything else is well maintained.

Parimala Trinity is one of the best Apartment to reside near Outer Ring Road. It has all amenities like swimming Pool, Tennis court, Basketball court, children Play area , Amphitheater etc and lots of open space for fresh air.

The review is about location , not property.It is located in panathur main road which is usually conjested during peak hours..Car users there is an alternative way which is about a km more. Use Cisco back gate road and reach out sls sunflower apartment and go further to reach out.Two wheeler users has more options in fact. Just enter into the road just opposite to Cisco back gate and reach parimala trinity adjacent road.

I stay at this place and there is easy access to all our day-to-day needs. The only drawback is that the surrounded roads are not well constructed and have to face tough times during jammed hours and rainy seasons.

The building is ok with plenty of apartments, children play area. The basement car parking is congested and poorly lit and quite dark. If you are not careful with your parking skills there is a risk of you hitting any of the building pillars and damaging your vehicle.
