Well maintenance, facilities available are swimming pool, gym, open space between each block, walking area, children playing area, open space for chit chat, 24X7 power backup, security, individual Wall for each flat, excellent lighting and fresh air. Draw backs are far from city, without vehicle difficult to reach here, damaged roads, completely instead of small roads, surrounding areas are not fully developed, to reach main high way roads you need to travel at least minimum 5 to 6 Km.

Good apartment around this locality. OC obtained.Builder is delaying completion of amenities and is also not solving problems in flat and around block. Hes lost focus from this project. Hes just waiting for selling of remaining flats. New buyers pay wisely post purchase.Builder has started decommits. Road he had promised to construct till arch, is being denied now. Lot like, hes saying no to things now. All due to fast selling before and in Covid.

Flats with most of the required facilities. Budget friendly flats for middle class folks with no compromise on quality. The Ananth Nagar area already has good amenities and is an excellent residential option.Had a good experience with the sales team. Explained the details of the project along with price breakdown. Unfortunately could not book here due to other reasons.

Newly constructed apartment in Meenakshi layout back side of Mahendra Arna. Construction quality is very good. Some part of it is still under construction and may be available after February. The building has flats facing East and West only. Amenities include 24 hrs power backup, borewell water, lifts, water harvesting, swimming pool, garden, half basketball court, children play area etc.

Good property at reasonable price...Enough indoor facility...Only drawback is the last 500 mtr road to reach there..
