Good & very big (Giant) society to reside within High rise buildings in eco friendly atmosphere. Every thing within one roof in near future shall ease to residents.

Very low grade place like slum and lower m class.We had to face issues with management, guards are molestors for women and kids yet spineless Ex Com didn’t take any action. Thankfully we contacted police station against the mob in this society. They would try and extract money from you if they find you a little well to do. One immature resident posted our address on Twitter tagging us for hit and run. Residents don’t support other residents rather it becomes a nonsense like it might in road. They claimed us 2.5 lakh for our mistake of not carrying new movers ID for flat and quarrel with guards while we all were COVID positive and barely managing ourselves. Management is worst. You call them, beg them or shout- they just won’t do the work. There’s a stupid lady forgot her name- she manages the facility office - she was the worst of all. Liar of nth order. She kept lying about all work and bills. Such a headache that lady was I swear. The society here is super tacky. Finally we had to move out after putting FIR against any of residents who threatened us at the incident site. Many might not agree because so far they haven’t faced what we did in Nikoo Homes , but if a single issue happens this society literally go against own residents rather than solving the problem. I would suggest try sobha city instead or vajram even that is better than Nikoo’s class. For some reason nikoo 1 is filled with groups which are anti social

The property is okay, but has a lot of loopholes. Power fluctuations is irritating as it fluctuate n no. of times. Mobile network is very poor. Security is not that great. For rental purposes its okay, but highly recommend not to buy property here.

Living here from almost a year as tenant. Extremely poor construction and even worse maintenance. Looks like few ancient buildings with substandard flooring which are neither good-looking nor cleaning friendly! Long waiting hours in the lifts as there are 2 passenger lifts for ~300 flats! Thats the worst part. Only good thing is its huge with greenery all around (very poorly maintained though!) and pet friendly!

Stayed here as a tenant, its really huge society but not recommended to stay for long. High electricity bills with no bescom bills, poor society management, security not that great, less helpful residents if you are in trouble except few, fire alarm keeps irritating you especially in tower 1, monkeys keeps coming to balcony, doors/kitchen/bathroom vanity of poor qualities...I had really bad experience overall. Nikoo 2 quality is much better.

They have a great set up, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. A lot is left to develop overall on the property though

An amazing gated community. The amount of green we get to see here is a rare sight a builder provides. Compact layout. 24x7 security. And you will feel top of the world with the serenity around. Water is not a problem here. 24x7 water and power back up. I dont find any reason not to select Nikoo to stay.

The whole Bhartiya City is developing very well and Nikoo Homes I is already established residential society in that.

Massively vast area of huge towers of living spaces. It’s incredible how, so many people can live in such meta-cities. Had been here for a friends house warming ceremony and was shocked and flattered by the size of this project. There are commercial offices at the entrance and followed by a boulevard which I liked. If you like apartments this may be your thing, not mine.

A beautifully set up society with all the necessary amenities available at your fingertip, within the premises. Very close to Manyata Tech Park, and the Kempegouda International Airport (KIA). Also, it is within 20 km from Yashwantpur Railway Station. Nearby NH 44 via KIA continues to AP. Upcoming white topped on Thanisandra main road makes it a really good place to live.

Its amazing, you have a small city under big city, a full fledged clubhouse on 2nd floor tower no 10, which includes fitness center, Yoga room,  dance floor, Cute library and playing area with siting area where any residents can come to do work.I really liked, how they have maintained most of the common area which includes the swimming pool and green walk zone.Specially, the clubhouse Cafe and the bakery inside the clubhouse is not only classy but prices are so reasonable!Then, next to towers, you can see a big mall is coming with luxurious the Leela Residents will be big talk of the town in coming days!Then come back to security, nobody besides the residents can enter the premises without owner confirmation from the app.There are some issue with power fluctuations on backup and mobile network, which can be mitigate by using WiFi calling options.Talking about kids, Nikko 1 have a separate kids swimming pool, playing area for kids, in-house creche and school.Also, for senior citizens they have separate groups to intracte and a golf car to move around in around towers.

Dangerous place for kids and elders. Lot of stray dogs roaming, that visits ur flat. Beware of this, before getting inside here

Community is too good with 10 towers with high rise of 26 floors. Each floor contains 10 falts.Only corner flats are good, no ventilation for the middle flats. The construction quality is good even though it is a first project to the company.There is no proper grocery store in the society, as Niligiris is there feom future group with out mätaining stock.No veggies and fruits available here..Also, no atm, pharmacy, clinic, senior citizen zone...Till now, no major issues with the sociery as i observed.But rents are too high here even we are too far from the city.But the city is expanding too high and blore is in dark soon as ground water levels are down and population is increasing, govt not looking any alternates to maintain the Blore shine same.City is expanding too fast and the community culture is growing, mostly NRIs buying these types of properties for their.investment purpose.#FUTUREISDARK #SAVEBANGALORE

Flooding inside Bhartiya city office!! See the photos yourself to understand which review is real, which is paid and fake.

Pay for the stay and maintenance like a 5 star hotel but you will get the quality of road side shop.Water leaks when rains in the basements or cause of broken pipeline weekly once.When wind is strong, the border walls falls off.No security cams on parking so your cars will have scratches and such.No security cams on the house floors so your deliveries will be stolen too.Faulty interiors which was promised to be changed, will not be changed.You pay money and you have to follow up behind them leaving your work to get them to do their work.You dont get any network.Current goes on and off very frequently, that you will lose applications/you should have UPS for sure, still you will be charged with 1K electricity bill and bill doesnt come from BESCOM.It has not been at-least 3 years since it was built fully already the building will look like its 20 years old building with wear and tear.If the person from the above/below close the door, you will feel the thump.Electrical board near the build will burst every now and then too.If you have that much money (1C is the starting price) to invest here, dont, use wisely.

Wonderful society. Have shifted to Bangalore last year and since then was unable to find a decent society which is not very expensive on pockets.Nikoo Homes is a perfect place to put up in bangalore. However public transport may not be very much available so good for people who have their own vehicle.Most of the things you can get from Hennur.Overall a good place.

Facility management on contract team is slow.Not strategically created society.For penthouse and higher flats air is dry, not very humid, tho plants do survive. Roads n walk way are combined gfor car n kids. Electricity keeps going, lifts are commonly used by residents n maids, lifts are usually packed, no sanitizers in lifts, not proper cleaning in parking there is always garbage in parking whenever we see right near lift door,The Store down for grocery and veggies is like some chal stall, veggies are third grade quality. Not much good brands are available in grocery store.Very small space to walk n play, that too unmaintained. Kids area has sand.Some good points- bakery down is very great. Not many mosquitoes observed. Spa is well updated n gym is very big. Below pharmacy is der from family doctor. Cafe is available for snacks n food.On road space is available for pent houses n others as well to use. No restriction on terrace is a good thing.Flats are airy and have enough sun.

I am staying here for two years now. Good gated community. Good place for Pet lovers but really not a good place for who are not interested in Pets.

A good integrated township with bad admin and residents.Infested by 15-20 stray dogs roaming around with residents protecting and feeding the strays - it feels like people from slums have been moved to a phony integrated township.You cannot roam around freely especially after 9pm.. you have high chances of being pounced upon by one of the not so friendly dogs.Maintainence too is bad with high visiting charges and long waiting days (3-5days)Plumbing and drainage issues are recurring and add to the discomfort.These can be tolerated but unless youre used to live around dangerous dogs roaming around you, you need to think twice.

Still under construction........but otherwise the homes look classy, the surroundings area is quite good too....

The green lawns, swimming pool in the middle if complex are easily accessible.Overall a good project and had been completely sold out, only way you can stay here is either through rent or purchasing from its owner.

I love this place

If you think this place is peaceful and quiet, you are mistaken. I moved in here a few days ago, and I regret moving here. There is CEMENT BLOCK factory just next to Niloo homes, and they use heavy machinery in the factory everyday. Its a constant drilling noise and it starts at 4 AM everyday and it drives you crazy. Worst stay of my life. If you are planning to buy or rent a place in Nikoo homes, Bhartiya city, please stay away from this place if you want peace and quiet. The govt authorities and the Nikoo homes owners are not doing anything about this issue. You would be a fool to think that this place is perfect.

This is a mini city, Bharatiya city nikoo Homes 1 , they have many towers in which each consists of 150+ flats , they have a wide range sape for development activities, tennis court , swimming pool , cricket pitch football ground, much more nets within it , its quite at outer banglore but near to KIA (kempegowda international airport) before known as banglore international airport . A developing area yet , but the facilities are high , generally most common people are found are bengali . They have corporate space at their entrance which includes ever manipal university within it . Hope the market price will be hiked there seeing the area potential in development.
