A great locality! Good security system, a swimming pool, ample elevator service, high rise buildings and spacious apartments. The place has electricity back up and is one of the nicest colonies to live in Kasavanahalli. Downstairs has place to play, a lot of well maintained greenery. Overall a good and safe place for families to live in.

An upscale apartment with three blocks. Good facilities in terms of Club House, Children Play area, Swimming Pool and space for walking around.

Super. Ideal residential area. But Security guards should be better trained. It is essential that they speak Kannada and English, too, other than Hindi. I love the swimming pool.

Though the area is a but cornered, its not too far away from the city or prime location. Compound hi highly maintained, and high quality fittings everywhere. Well connected to all the places in the city. Very close to Marathalli and electronics city. Basement parking available. Extra guest parking is there but it will be always full in the evening.

Very good locality but is getting congested as the IT corridor is being used frequently. Apartments are spacious; not a lot of wasted space. Lots of shops nearby. Basic Facilities are available.

Good place with all amenities! Very nicely located! Easy to access sarjapura road and EC as well!! In a year or more the traffic will be very high!! Constructions are in full swing near by.

Location is very good, apartment is good for rent purpose. Not good for buying Approx 10yr old apartment, club house not properly maintained, no proper greenery or landscaping, only concrete everywhere, no cauvery water connection yet. Just next to sjr verity.

The place is full of amenities like swimming pools (2), brilliard, badminton, gym, steam & jogging track etc. It is a very calm place with a very beautiful & spacious club house etc. The society is formed & have received the smooth handover from the builder around 3 years back. Its located at a strategic location if your office is located in Electronic City, Sarjapur Road/Bellandur or even Whitefield.

Good appartments, but roads are in worst condition outside the appartments.

Theres STP water problem in the concert block. Water in the flush tank stinks badly and also at times not available. But the society is responsive and taking measures to fix it.
