Good construction and affordable homes. Close to Ecity, Bengaluru.

The good part of this apartment is it has OC and CC. But at the same time sad part is its present in totally isolated area surrounded by forest and agriculture land. So unless you have a two wheeler or 4 wheeler, commuting here is little difficult. People who wants to stay away from people, traffic, pollution etc.. can definitely invest in this project.

Nice upcoming location. Once metro takes off should be more convenient.

Construction quality is OK, but location is not that developed. Builder does not provide swimming pool. Spacious apartments but way too overpriced.

Its really a good apartment with CC and OC.... Good floor plans also I thing builder obtained OC for this project....i can say it is nice location close to city and many international s schools are there...

Good flats and well maintained

We purchased a ready to move in flat as we were looking for a decent price. All legal docs including OC and CC are clear as per Karnataka Govt Regulations. Recently claimed BBMP A Khata certificate under my name for our flat. Peaceful location and good locality. Good number of schools are also near by. VIBGYOR school is just 1km from here.
