All the flats are well-lit. I have been to couple of two BHK flats. Flats are spacious and society ambiance is good. The society maintenance is on a poor side and amenities are also less.

Dont rent or buy this apartment. They abruptly put some maintaince charge and wont notify you..the only way that u will get to know that is they will disconnect your electricity..even for 10 RS pending charges, they will deduct flat 50 RS for per day as interest..I had to pay 6k penalty for 400 RS. water is the issue...most of the time its not available.
