Wish I could have given negative review to this builder. Horrible work. Hunting for a villa for rent when me and my friend visited this project we were really shocked by seeing the status and quality of construction. you will regret it if you go with this company. Check with the existing owners for a better picture ,We didnt find any of the basic or civic amenities, didnt understand how people took possession and staying there.
Visited this project few days back. I really wonder how people are staying there! They dont even have electric metres, no proper road connectivity, there wasnt any security or at least the gate at the entrance, No way it looks like a villa project. Very poor construction quality and maintenance.
Still alot of work to do.(work in progress from many years)Road to this place gets really bad day by day.

Please do visit previous construction from builder before u purchase ur dream home. Nothing done as promised in last 2 years and still not being done.. Basic amenities electrical, road, street lights not found and incompletion of whats committed. Please rethink twice before u get into something else.
Fake promises.Its been 4 years of builders commitment. But still more than half of project work is pending.
It Good Project at good price, constructions seems pretty decent...Project is sold out, would have loved to own a villa in the community.
If you are interested just for investment purpose then just go for it because it is cheaper compare to surroundings if you are thinking I want to stay in dream house then for sure it will be a dream for ever because the Builder never completed a single project till date and you need to stay literally like a labour by paying more than half crore... I purchased villa in emerald estilla in 2015 and only mistake I did is trusting heavily the builder occupied the villa before even fully constructed and he promised will complete villa in another 15days, he took more than 20months to get at least to get a feeling yes now I am staying in some house, in rainy season water will come inside house from doors and Windows , emenities I am sure he may not complete in life time...i can write still in detail but I dont have patience...so better some how stretch and go for big builders to have pieceful life...thanks
I have agreed to purchase a villa from this builder in July 2016 with a promise that house will be ready for possession by end of 2016, but I have taken possession on aug 2017 by paying all the amount with a great difficulty although there were many incomplete works and many things that were mentioned in the agreement were flat out ignored, still to this date they are ignored. Since 19 months of possession, still waiting for proper basic amenities such as fixed water connection, electric meters and no proper compound around the community. Now around 18 villas are occupied, still surviving on temporary power and water and no proper road to approach. When the builder is questioned, will get false deadlines to complete the works but never accomplished. In case of repeated follow-ups with him, you will be blocked in phone , whatsapp and you will be accused of harassment. Even most of his staff and acquaintances ( both in office and site) are not professional and never responds to customers properly. Another reason why I purchased house in this community is the common area that was promised in the agreement. As per the agreement, Common area per villa ( undivided share per villa) promised is around 940 sqft, but till date there is no clear plan of showing the common area of 940sqftx 40 villas and I doubt if there is such common area.
Good Construction quality for very good price, slightly inside from main road
I have visited the project for buying a resale property which was constructed in 2016 but still the work is in progress with no under ground water sump and no over head tanks , no electrical meater and many buildings are not even having external painting but the people are staying, I wonder how they are living in this property.The approach road is horrible and far from the bus stop. The quality of cinstrconstr is poor and unfinished.. I will not recommend any one to buy one.

Its a villa in sarjapur. Each villa costs around 70lakhs. Duplet villa with 3bhk.
We expect basic things like Electricity Transformer, individual electricity meter, common water sump, gate, street lights from Builder before moving to house. We have moved here more than a year back. We still didnt get it.Here is the quality of the house.
