Nice apartment complex with 368 apartments spread over approx 6 acres. 10 years old but well maintained with swimming pools, gardens, shuttle badminton court, basket ball court, table tennis, club house, reading room. Good place to stay.

Fun and safe environment. There is a place for adults to sit and two parks for kids to play. There is a swimming pool which is regularly cleaned and a badminton court to show off . I would surely recommend this apartment

Good place to live in, good security, spacious parking for most houses and above average facilities. But the layout of most of the houses on rent are bad.

If you can deal with ****** managing apartment association its a good place to live. Highly recommend for people with small kids coz they get plenty of other kids to play with.

It is a big housing society, with many flats. The best part is that the residents celebrate each and every Indian festival with equal grandeur.

Apartments well maintained by security staff, service providers etc. Vendors will be allowed between 5:30am to 9pm. Residents to plan repair works on week days, no works to be planned on Sunday or public holidays. Service providers like electrician, plumbers,mason will be allowed during 8am to 6pm on work days. Gate no1 is the entry gate for shriram shreyas apartments.

Old but quiet place to stay. The Association charges fees for each and everything like if you want to move in or vacate you have to pay Rs.500 and like that many other unwanted charges. Also has weird rules like security allow certain people relatives car inside and some people are not allowed. But apt is good place to live. Association alone is not upto the mark. Every year they spend more and more for festivals and thus increase maintenance charge every year. They dont allow ACT internet due to their weird rules. If you want to bring a beautician or carpenter inside you have to get a letter from Club house and get approval. Come on is this a hostel? And security is not at all great, i have seen several cars and bikes without apt sticker come in everyday. Electrician Plumber and other maintenance staff are pathetic. You have to wait 2 to 3 days with often reminder to get things fixed inside apt. Too much rules and tenants/owners might find it very difficult sometimes. For association meeting tenants are not included but apt has more tenants than owners, so issues faced by tenants are not heard.
