Very Clean & fully filled Apartment, Brigade they are well known Good Maintenance

I have been living here for 3 yrs, my apt is nice and the location is great...but its going down the drain. If you are with pets, you cant live here because theres no provision for walking or playing with them. If you are a bachelor, each person will need to pay separate move in charges even if you carry a suitcase. If you have 8-16 yr old kids, theres no place to play for them except one measly cricket pitch. 2 new blocks construction started and stopped and thats an eyesore. Basically..if you are planning to buy or rent here, not a good idea!

Cosmopolis is a top quality project by Brigade at a strategic location surrounded a mix of top quality commercial and residential neighborhood. Their marketing team is highly skilled and friendly. They were not in a hurry to sell this property to me, rather walked me through several other Brigade options (Lakefront, Old Madras Road, Exotica etc) also and helped me make a decision based on my specifications.

Seems to be another good project by Brigade. Located well on Whitefield main road near Forum Value Mall. However it is way too costly, mainly because of brand name and location. The overall floor and site plan looks spacious and great, however cant comment much on quality since it is still under construction.

Very highly priced.Not worth the price.When i visitted the cosmopolis ritika markettign executive asked us to contact abishek at brigade lakefront and have a look at that property also.Later i came to know she gave the contact of a broker .Broker gets 2% comission , probably ritika takes 1% from him.These people simply try to lure us in and earn money by giving contacts of brokers whom we did not ask for.Total money suckers
