Quality of construction is not great. You will find sepage in this newly constructed property. Other then sepage i find everything good at this place. Connectivity, well designed, space.

They have good collections with customizable as required for users home however expensive.

Owned a flat here recently. Small and posh residential society with 22 villas and 28 apartments. Nice open space and decent facilities for 50 families. Nice management and upkeep by association.

Clean society. Quiet yet very close to Phoenix Mall and VR mall.

Such a lovely place. Luxury and extravagant villas to live a lavish life.Just 100m inside from the Whitefield main road, provides good communication and exposure to phoenix mall, kr puram railway station and various other places and services within 3 km radius.

The construction is very poor.. rents asked by owners are much higher then it should be. Renters must bargain. Society wise is quite small therefore it’s calm.

Posh and elegant. Uber cool.Definitely the premises of the Rich and Famous.Undoubtedly, The Address to live at!

Some factory is constantly running and producing noise. So, you cant open gates for cool air else youll get noise too.Also their society work is never done. Its been a year and work still pending in one washroom which Arvind Expansia is supposed to complete.No care.

The place is calm and pleasent.The elevation of the villas is very good.More than Villas, I liked the 4 BHK apartment here. Very spacious and limited in number which avoid the crowds and clumsy.
