Well maintained gated community on the outskirts of Bangalore. Large villas, lots of greenery, nice landscaping, has all other amenities. Away from main highway, hence very quiet. No issues with water and electricity. Preferred by Western Expats for rental. Good international schools nearby. Yelahanka is 10 minutes drive, international airport is 25 min away.

First the good bit..Landscaped community well maintained externally.However, some of the villas are well past their sell by date and in dire need of updating internally. Electricity supply is appalling. At weekends be prepared for AC, lighting, TV etc., to go off and on up to a dozen times. Landlords need to warn prospective tenants and provide them local UPS for TV and Computer. Getting there from airport to Bangalore road is an absolute nightmare.

Great community, lots of families - lots that have moved in recently. First time I visited about a year ago it felt like a bit of a ghost town. We live here now and making friends. Mix of expat and local. Very well maintained landscaping, pool, and clubhouse. Convenient store has most staples you need. Highly recommended!
