Not sure why people have given low star rating just like that.Have personally visited the project and have seen the work, its nice. Compare to other projects nearby the work in that project is pretty fast..they use some aluminium molds in construction (no bricks - all concrete) so faster progress. Even compare to other projects nearby, the work in Milano is really fast with greater finish.Over-all project seems promising.

Beautiful alone apartment in remote area for now. Maybe in future that area will.be populated, construction looks really good, 3bhks flat sizes are little small but if gets higher floor then view will be very nice, mostly concrete flooring in the complex, no place for landscaping, swimming ok but gym is very small that too in parking area. Party hall is also ok only. Overall its nice, price is competitive. Very few flats available now as they are saying...!!

It located somewhere between Sarjapur road and electronics city. Both are 4-5 km away from that building. Near by other big home projects are running. After 2-3 years this area will be overly populated.

Awesome project with perfect location for people working in electronic City, sarjapura or Bellandur. Has good prospects of PRR connectivity. This area is developing fast with many big builders coming in this area. In next 2 years, this will be another HSR layout.

Construction looks good and fast, its no column constructuon with all walls made of concrete.little outskirts but area is developing fast and it opposite to SJR Hamilton homes and Reliable villa plots.

Personally visited the property, construction quality is good as its completely aluminium form construction in which all the walls are RCC and no brick partition is used. This increases the life of the building. Also fixtures and fittings are of branded companies. Biggest advantage is location as its close to HSR layout and planned peripheral ring road. Two metro stations(hosa road and electronic city phase 2 ) are at equal distance. BMTC bus facility is available from the gate and ola/uber services are available. Still area is quite green and pollution free, with many new launches from known developers like SJR, Adarsh,Ardent, Reliable; it is expected to pick up in coming years. Another big advantage is secure and safe locality as its close to Bangalore central jail and KSRPF training ground and quarters. Many prominent schools are in the proximity such as Primus , Notredame , Amaatra, etc. Around this property mostly villa plots are there which is good if you like less crowded streets and new roads are recently laid few months back so infrastructure is good. Water is an issue in this area and mostly tanker water is the source. So maintenance is expected to be high , but Kaveri water pipeline has been laid till 3 kms from the location and within few years it is expected to be expanded once population density increases.Possession is planned in June 2018 and as per RERA deadline, it has to be handed over by Sep 2018.
