3 days ago I had given my printer for repair and when I went to collect it I was told the head is gone and needs a replacement because I hadnt used it for 3 months. I believed them and asked them to procure the head that they said would cost around 6k. Printer was 16k. I still wanted to have the printer checked at Epson service centre and took my printer back. I did not pay them as I had agreed to pay when they got the replacement head. Before giving my printer i did not try cleaning the head myself with the inbuilt maintenance feature thinking this needs some sort of a technical expertise. After I got back my printer and while waiting for them to procure the head, I tried the built-in head and nozzle clean feature and voila the below print. Note the date on it. If I hadnt tried it, Im pretty sure they wouldve charged me a bomb saying they replaced the head. They were also not willing to give the printer back saying they will keep it with them until the head was available and I had to tell them I might be leaving the town for free days so will give it when Im back. Please dont accept whatever they say on the spot. They are polite but this is not acceptable.1 star for a couple of print outs they took with their own paper to show me the head is screwed. All it needed was a head clean and nozzle clean.

Had given a laptop for panel change. They mentioned couldnt get the panel in the market but charged me 1400 for repairing the hinges. Absolutely robbery. Worst part, it isnt even fixed properly. And to do this they took 2weeks. They would return phone calls too. Very very poor service. Please avoid being cheated by these unprofessionals.

Dont go by seeing the reviews. These are by given by there staff and known people. I had given my mobile for charging issues. They damaged the display and gave it saying it was damaged before only. Unskilled technicians

An Excellent place of tourism during the winter season with such an excellent hospitality , recreation , timely food , visiting places as scheduled and above all I admired and respected the employees assigned for 3 months for their excellently carrying out their assigned jobs without a single compliant from tourists .
