Not a real user friendly application for institutions. They could have better technical personnel for support and development and implementation in the programming. Someone who could be brilliant in understanding the Clients needs and execute the programmes run smoothly.

A lot of features and functionality that are a boon in a time of schools being managed online! The best part is the excellent support. The fact that owner Rajat is in personal contact with customers and constantly using feedback to improve the app, shows that Edumerge is growing dynamically to meet all needs. Edumerge is a good software.... My daughter daily dairy and attendance ect comes in app.....

This is the portal opted by my son school management for student profile management. I gave my mobile number to login. These days, I see 100s of OTP messages filled my mobile phone memory. Though I have not requested for OTP.

No response. Not good for semester wise Scheme data entry.

Poor customer service... I think the management structure is not strong enough to meet customer expectation. I had few queries on the product. I have not received a call back till today.

Request you to focus more on usability point, since yours digital solution doesnt give a right design solution, so try focusing on this area.

This app is currently being used by atleast 5 schools that I know of and there are many areas in which improvements should be made. Someone really needs to put atleast some effort into making this app more user-friendly. The UI is really bad. Servers go off randomly without notice. Any annoucements made repeat themselves over 6-7 times.To cut it short, This app is highly unstable and has a-lot to mend and fix.

Superb experience for children, even though the child is absent we are able to copy from edumerge app. Thank you for the first one to invent this idea.
