There is no option for negative rating.I had ordered whirlpool AC 1 ton 3 star on 8th April. While purchasing they had mentioned it will be delivered on 12th. I was waiting whole day for their call at last I made a call to there manager. After that they mentioned AC was coming from Chennai max 12th night or 13th morning it will be delivered. Next day again I had to call them for delivery, this time they mentioned product was damaged, so they ordered fresh product from whirlpool manufacture. Today morning again they call mentioned if we pay 1.5k extra they can deliver same model with 5 star rating. But again at 6PM there manager called me and told me that we are delivering same order AC now. What a piece of service. So they take money in advance & delivery AC after 8th day. While in those days because of there false promises I have to take leaves from my office. This is one of the pathetic purchases I had made

We went reliance showroom but they are not good responds us but Pai electronics I liked Mohammed Bilal customer services he is good respond to us, actually we planned to order on reliance showroom only but we liked Mohammed Bilal services and approach thats why we called him again asking queries and finally we purchased Pai electronics only.

Price on the higher side. Variety was less.

Took a Faber gas stove here . Within 25 days there was an issue with knob . Went to the store to register complaint .They said with in 2 days the complaint will be sloved . But now its almost month . The problem is not rectified and when I again go to pai international they call Faber customer care but they have no solution for it . They say we cant do anything you will have to wait more. I request them to give a replacement but they are not ready for it . Guys never go for Faber gas stove and pai international. . Worst experience ever

Another branch of Pai International Electronics located on Bannerghatta Road, Arekere. It is a decent showroom but not very big like the other ones. The staff are good and explained the products well. Good place if you need some electronic appliance in a hurry as the prices are cheaper online.

Dont buy Faber stove here . . They give damage stuff and dont give replacement

Dont go to smart electronics..it s very hard. Try to buy bindly in online. Not in smart. I bought a LG washing machine in smart 2 days back. Staff has..0.5 knowledge. They are giving wrong direction. No 1 Cheaters... It was a horrible experience form me here...Today I paid for a Whirlpool Washing Machine...The sales representative and the billing person promised me that they will deliver the item today evening, I double confirmd from both and only then I paid.Waited till evening but no response from delivery team. Tried calling the store but whenever I call I have to tell my name phone number purchased item and the person will tell OK sir I noted your details, I will call in 2 mins with details but they never call back.Called them several times and different different person was attending my call and ask all my details and was telling I will call back in 2 minutes but they never call back...From evening 5 pm to 08:30 PM spoke with different guys and no one updated me the details... At last when I raised my voice, the guy who attended the call said sorry sir we cannot deliver today, will deliver tomorrow.After checking with two to three stores, even though the price was lil high, I selected this store because this was the only store who committed me they can deliver today, but they literally cheated me after taking my money...They dont even had a courtesy to call me back even after calling several times...The worst customer service ever experienced...I will recommend this to anyone, such a bad behaviour.Untill they take money from you they will speak nicely and give all false commitments, the moment they get money from you, they just ignore you as if you are a begger.
