Had a fantastic experience with Prabhat Solutions. Mr. Mahendar owner of the place is very knowledgeable, honest and kind person. He gives a patient hearing to understand the problem and gives us the best solution. I got my HP laptop serviced, exchanged old HP printer with a new one and also refurbished a couple of old business laptops... Got really good pricing and quality service within stipulated time.. Overall very happy with the experience... Highly recommended

Service charges are comparatively high. other than that, staffs are really good they behave decently and will keep you informed until and unless your problem is sorted out!

I bought a new laptop battery(1 Yr warranty), stopped working after 6 months. They took 1 month time for various testing and reluctant to replace. Finally after so much drama complaining to Bangalore area head they gave me a duplicate battery which stopped working after 2 weeks. Pls think before you go

Very bad service, our laptop got into trouble after 8 months of purchase. It was under warranty, i give this for service. After completing one month also dont see any updates from their staff. When we call nobody picks up the call, by mistake if they pick up. They will say they can give the update but we never get any.

One of the worst services ever. I bought the laptop on 4th of March. Touch pad had issues. Got a letter from HP for the replacement. Spoke to the manager Mr. Mahendra who confirmed that the laptop model 15-cs3006tx is available for replacement and after 2 mins I got a call from the sales executive saying give back the laptop and DOA letter and wait for 15 days pathetic these people are, I have to travel all the way from Madikeri for this. Worst service ever. They sell you faulty laptops and make your life miserable. Dont recommend this store to anyone.If I want to buy a same model they do have a stock but for replacement I have to wait for 15 days. Heights.
