Went for a small part replacement for my laptop. Unfortunately the part wasnt available. The guy was cooperative and helpful.Recently went again to get my laptop repaired. He told me. Approx amount and then confirmed the final amount over phone. Repaired the laptop and handed over next day. Satisfied with service and cost.

Hello friends, please read this message completely. In the lock down, I went to Hyper Computer Services at Hoodi as my laptop is getting power off suddenly.. The guy who is there told me that he have some other laptops and will check and tell me what is the problem and cost to fix it. As there were no other service centers near me, I gave him the laptop and he said he will call me the next day and took my number. And he didnt call me, I found his number in the Google and asked him about the repair. He said there is an issue with IC circuit and wants to change a part of it and he said it will cost around 1800 and he has to get it from somewhere. I said OK and told him to repair. So I waited for two days and I didnt get any call from him even on third day. I called him on the fourth day and he said that he forgot to say that they are unable to get the part and told me to collect my laptop. I went in the afternoon around 1pm and he is not there in the shop and there is a another guy in the shop. He said that his friend went outside for a work and will be back soon. So, I waited for sometime and he didnt came. So, I told them that I have to go and asked him to call his brother and give my laptop. He called him and gave my laptop. I checked my laptop and find okay outside. But I didnt realize that they stolen the inside parts. Due to lockdown there are not many shops opened near my area. So I came back and put the laptop aside. On 10/12/2020, I took the laptop and went to a service center with my brother. There I shocked seeing, RAM missing, battery cell missing, screen LED changed and several others parts replaced with not working parts. I have CCTV video when this laptop was opened. I directly went to my friend who is a layer to file a case against him. He asked me for any proof. I dont have any proof because the person who took my laptop didnt gave me any receipt. But I have call logs and my google location history and more ever, they have CCTV where we can retrieve the video even if they delete it. So my friend suggested me to go to a consumer court to get justice and also it will not happen to anyone. Present Im working with my friend to put a case in consumer court and close this fraud shop.

Very bad service. Had been here for repairing my laptop and since I had no time to go for an authorized service center, I went here. My laptop was not powering on. After I gave them, my speakers were not functioning. I went to them again and they fixed it. But after that, my laptop was randomly shutting down. I had already moved out of the area and couldnt go back to them. They also dont give any kind of receipt for the service even if you ask. Because I had no receipt I couldnt even file a complaint at consumer forum. My advice would be to never go to them. Better go to an authorized legit service center which gives proper receipts.
