No commitment to fix or we will try our best is in itself a fraud service and these guys have excelled at it.The hardware must be opened in front of the customer to showcase what is wrong with their machine rather than taking it behind the close door and returning their hardware even in poorer condition.Rather than asking customers to visit back and get their laptop fixed, they have decided to bash customers here. Pathetic customer satisfaction with poor service quality but you guys excelled at online trolling- keep it going.

The service I would say is not up to the mark. Needs an improvement. The pricing also should be transparent so that customer can feel satisfied.

Poor quality service. I had given my laptop due to heating issues but they couldnt fix the issue and my charger went missing from their side and they blamed it on me as I had picked up my laptop after 2 days (since I couldnt manage to reach the shop on weekdays before closing time) and gave me a secondhand charger. When I had to open my laptop for some hard disk change now, it was found that multiple screws are missing inside.

If I could only give 0 stars to this place, I would. I dont want anyone else getting robbed off the way I did. I got transferred to Bangalore for work and my laptop had a slight issue with the charging socket, it would only charge if placed in a certain proper angle, I thought Id get it fixed. Went to this place because google reviews showed 5 stars and we believe what people review. They took 2000 bucks and told me that they would get it fixed, quite high on the price range but I just wanted my laptop to charge properly (it was a Lenovo). Got my laptop a month later (they gave home delivery, now I understand why) and it was torn open and glued back, most definitely not in a working condition at all. Forget charging, it wouldnt even start up. I went to them the next day all fired up and they threw around some stupid hardware phrases that didnt make any sense and told me theyd try their best to fix it again. Fast forward 6 months later, they told me my COMPLETELY FINE WORKING LAPTOP had motherboard issues and that it wouldnt work at all anymore so Id better sell it to them and that they would provide me with a second hand laptop only if I paid them 24,000 rupees for it. Imagine my wrath. I remember going to the shop multiple times crying my eyes out only to listen to them throw around hardware phrases and telling me that my laptop was broken before I gave it to them. Mind you I am a IT Analyst and I know what goes around. Please take your precious laptop to someone else, I beg you guys. Mine is done with.

Please Dont go to this shop by Just seeing the Google reviews . Had Went to this shop by seeing the Google reviews , for Repairing Of mobile charging Socket . In replacement Of Socket they replaced the Socket With New One . But Did Created A New Problem In Which mobile mic stopped working which was beside the charging port location . When Did I Make Attention Of Shop Owner Towards This Newly Created Mic Problem , He Did Promised To Get It Repaired By Another Day With Free Of Cost .On Promised Day The Shop Owner Spoke Very Unprofessionally Asking For ₹ 700 For Repairing Of Mic Which Was Created By Shop Owner Himself While Repairing Charging Socket As Told Earlier . After Talking In Very Humble Manner With Him For Acknowledging His Mistake , He Didnt Agree To It & Finally Said , I Will Have To Pay ₹ 350 For His Sins On Mic While Repairing Charging Socket .So Really Got Disappointed By Unprofessional & Unethical Behaviour Of Shop Owner .So Please Make Yourself Aware About Such Hopeless Shop Owner .

Very Disappointed with their service. Gave my laptop a month ago to change HDD. That was half an hour task and they took a month for that. Very time I called them, they said that they will call back in 10 mins but never received any call back. Finally, when I got my laptop back, I found out issues with RAM. They replaced my 8 GB RAM with a faulty one and also argued that they have not done anything to RAM.I would not suggest any one to go there.
