If you want to waste your time and money, visit this service center. They will take original parts of your laptop and fix the some minor issue parts. They will say its earlier issue. If want to give laptop to any service center, ask them do it infront of you or note down the serial number of all parts.

Dear all,Dont visit to Dolphin system technologies since I was give printer and desktop system, there told that we will check and update you, after one month I visited to shop and there have scraped the printer and desktop (I was given to change SMPS and there have replaced with scrap motherboard, ram and processed), behavior is unprofessional. I have seen many customers are fighting for system or laptop. Looting the customers money.

Never visit this place for laptop service even if your laptop is having any issues if you give it for repair again they will make your laptop work worse than before ,worst service and waste of money.Never ever visit here its literally waste of time and money.

So they kept the laptop for a week and then called to tell it cant be repaired. Thats understandable. They acted as if they are assembling the laptop in-front of me. that also ok. on reaching home realized the guy removed the RAM.

Pathetic service. They burnt my sis laptop, didnt even apologize for the mistake. In return they gave a worst laptop, duped us of 3k for that low end laptop and told us that it is a compensation. The kind of hospitality they gave is worst, they dont know how to speak to their customers. They are non cooperative. I strongly recommend not to consider this place for laptop repair. Dont waste your precious time visiting here. Pls give first preference to authorised service centers rather than visiting cheap repair places like these. Authorised centers are a bit costly, but they are trustworthy. Not like this guy called Murthy. Also, he heard us talking about posting reviews on Google. Hence he replied to everyone who gave one star, although it is not fit for even 1 star.

Worst experience. Burnt my laptop and in turn gave an old configuration laptop which is core 2 duo and does not support me in any way. Murthy says its compensation, but they took 3000 again in return. It would have been considered as compensation if they had replaced the same config laptop and had not charged for it. Dont even consider stepping here. Murthy misguided us duped Rs3k .I dont advice to visit this service center .They are not trustworthy.

Even 1 star is more for this mediocre shop, I had given my laptop for repair as the ledges were loose and was causing problem, he said he will change with a new ledge and gave it by sticking it in a gum , Moreover I needed a charger for laptop as well , he brought one from some godown and said it is original, it had no logo or anything , he said it had 1 year warranty, in a week it stopped working and after to and fro to his shop multiple times I gave up, he always had reasons saying no stock, and multiple times he asked me to come to the store but by the time I reached he said he gave it to someone else,PLEASE DO NOT VISIT HIM , HE WILL REMOVE EVERYTHING UNDER THE GUISE OF CHECKING ISSUE AND GIVE HUGE COSTS IF YOU DONT AGREE , YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR HIM TO ASSEMBLE THE LAPTOP AGAIN, HE WILL TAKE IT TO THE BACK OF THE SHOP AND REMOVE GOOD PARTS, ONE MORE INCIDENT OF TAKING A FAN FROM HIS SHOP FOR LAPTOP COOLING , HE GAVE SOME LOCAL ONE WHICH CAUSED MY LAPTOP TO HEAT UP MORE,THESE WERE ALL THE SAME DAY INCIDENT.DO NOT VISIT HIM - YOU CAN VISIT OTHER STORES BUT NOT DOLPHIN

Very very bad service. You take your laptop there with a simple technical issue..First of all they delay indefinitely... Then they exaggerate it and inform you that several components are down and you have to replace them. If you decide to take back your laptop, they tamper with the Board and other components to such an extent, youd be left with no other choice but to replace the components... AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE..

This shop doesnt even deserve a single star. I had given my lenovo laptop because there was a battery issue. They took 2 days but repaired nothing and took 2k from me. So I went again, I gave the laptop. This time he took 1 week and gave back saying that the laptop cant be repaired. So then I gave it to another shop which is near Malleshwaram. They told the heat sink is removed and RAM is replaced by 2GB of some other laptop. Basically my laptop is now a scrap. If I want it as it was before, I need to spend nearly 10k😡.Only because I am woman, coming and getting my laptop repaired in SP Road that doesnt mean you people call cheat.So guys, I recommend not to visit this cheating shop.

It has been more 5+ years, that they have been providing me the best service related to my laptop. I have also recommended many of my friends to them & even they are satisfied with the services. They have a very good team of dedicated employees & the best part is, their service charges which is almost less as compared with other market pricing.

I have known this service centre for a long time. My friend recommended this as he has got his screen replaced over. I went for the same issue in December 2016 with same laptop. Everything was fine till last week when my laptop stopped getting power on. A small locker which hold the motherboard with power button was broken. I went their to get it repaired. They checked inside and came with a solution that my laptop is giving reverse charge(God knows what it means) some 3 charges are missing and there was some water damage on the motherboard. They asked 2500 for repair. I said to go ahead and fix it.Saturday after the repair when I went home and restarted the laptop. It started giving 5 beep sound and it took more than 15 minutes to start.Again, Today I went to shop the employee over there gave me an answer that My RAM is China product and is very old now.So my laptop is starting up very slowly. And it is why it gives beep sound. It has a label of 2013.I bought my laptop in 2014 may itself. How can it be possible??My laptop is opened only once before this which is in 2016 December at same service center.And last week was second time.Whos lying now either Dell or service center guys?It was a matter of trust which I had earlier but lost now.

Very bad experience. My Laptop Display was not coming. i have given to repair that and they have SCREWED. The most funny part is when i have given the laptop condition was getting turned on as i was heard the sound of OS. After given them for fix that technician main fallow did some testing and attempt and all, finally he SCREWED my Mother Board along with 3 ICS that he has attempted. @the time of taking back laptop from them it was not charging at all leave about the on and OS loading condition. i have asked them why? then that fallow told its because of Processor. Then why the hell it was working before ????. So guys be careful with them about board repairing and all. Finally i had loss of 10000 rs. because of just not coming display.

Worst service centre I have ever seen. I went with my laptop which was not getting charged when I plug in the charger. Laptop was totally working fine. On the day I went there, one person there told me that they need to check it and they will let me know by 2-3 hours the exact issue and by end of the day they will repair it. They said that they will first take the customers consent and then proceed with the repair if I accept. As it was Saturday, I said them to call me and then will give clearance for repair and I will collect the same on Sunday.I waited till Sunday afternoon, they dont even call. I called them and the reply was still under problem identification. Everyday I called and I got a response like its still under diagnosis. And next Friday when I called in morning, the person said it cannot be repaired. For this they took one week. Then again for the first time they called me back saying its repaired, and I was shocked about what these people are saying. I already had lost the trust.On next Sunday when I went, the service engineer over there said that windows is crashed because of the repair of some pcb. When I had given the laptop everything was working fine. And when I asked for bill, the reply I got from him in a very rash voice was they wont be providing any bills for service. And if I need bill, then 28% GST will be applicable. I said ok and asked him to give a detailed bill with the spares replaced and that is when he started arguing loudly and he asked me to give the laptop back and he will give me back in the same condition. I gave it back to him and now nothing is working. Its not even getting switched on.These people are really not genuine. I request all to go to authorised service centres. Please dont go with these so called false certified service centres who literally screws up your laptops badly.

Very bad experience it is more than worst . I never suggest people to go this shop for your laptop or PC repair as this is a very worst repair center. I given my laptop for repair to this shop, technician checked told there is revered supply issue and can repair in half an hour cost around rs1500-2000 and just after 10 minutes he told one more problm power/card supply issue and now it will be repaired in rs 4500 and call for next day.. On next day when I came to collet my laptop they did lots of chutiyapa and finally told your mother board has gone and it cant be repair.. Finally I get it back without repaired
