I brought a 16GB sandisk memory card from CW and it got corrupted twice.. first time they serviced it and made it alright, second tym they happily replaced it with a new one (had to wait for more than a month to get the replacement, but that doesnt matter cos I understand there will be a lot of process involved )Excellent service. :)

A terrible experience shopping with them. They try to pawn off hardware that does not work. I was sold a harddisk with no mention that it was refurbished. Took it home and it didnt even work. Took it back to them and they acted like they were expecting that to happen. I had to argue with them and force them into giving me a refund rather than a replacement (in a months time ?!). Steer clear of this place.

Today I visited their office to change display screen for my Toshiba laptop. A week before over phone they said estimated price around Rs. 3000 - 3200. I gave them part number and model number as well, upon verification they said this price. But when I visited they charged me Rs. 4400. When I asked them they acted as if they have not done anything like that. I had no choice, I get only weekend to do my personal work, so had replaced this. They have given 3 months warranty.. let me see.
