All though the shopping experience was great and Mr. Gulab gave an excellent customer service with the best price among all the other dealers in S.P Road.I found the product quality not up to the mark, with a few scratches in the body of the brand new Dell Laptop that I purchased which made it look like an old used model.Also , I found the packaging of the product to be inadequate as this being my 5th dell laptop I did not find the user & warranty manual inside the box of the product like how it should be which arouses the suspicion that the Box was pre-opened or has been tampered with. Hence for customer scurvies I will give 5* but the product quality 2*.
