Got my 7373 here. Overall good experience. Sales person was courteous but overall knowledge was limited to what you already get on the internet.

I have gone to repair my laptop.. According to my Google map it is indicating at Domlur Flyover but unfortunately I was unable to see any such stores nd the phn number which is being given at service centre after I called at that number D guy who pick the phn is telling its a wrong number.. So is google map is showing wrong adress nowdays??

Small store, but most of the latest models are available.Its cheaper here than at croma and reliance. (by almost 3k)The staff are friendly and polite.Happy with the product and service and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Dell laptop.

Fully satisfied with sales person service and I like sales Person The way of handling customer and he has good product knowledge and he explained me clearly about product(laptop) and when i entered store I had an idea to just to know about the product but after he explained about the product I bought the laptop

Friendly and helpful staff. They were very eager to try to fix my computer. They would have as well but when the problem was actually more expensive to fix they waited, recommended I dont bother and eventually get a new one, and didnt charge me for the time they spent looking at it.

Good but dont make assembled desktops so cant get whatever we need.

If you are thinking to service your laptop here keep a long distance away from this place.. My laptop had an issue of not detecting harddisk and hence was not able to boot.. the sevice person just opened the cover checked the cable and asked me what amount of storage do i need.. had to ask him to check the cable connection which he detatched and reattached. Voilaa it worked.. and by the way he charged me 200 for this service .

Really a worst place to buy a laptop. A pair goons r eagerly waiting to grab ur hard earned money. Once u gt ur laptop ur no were linked with the store, n the response is so worst .

Unable to reach with google map, too dissapointed location is wrong... even the store didnt support... wort place nothing... you will be in center of road

This store does not respect customers who comes for enquiry/quotation of products. They will simply ask us to give us our emailid and they will assure they will send quotation through mail but they will never send

Ok, this happened between 11:35 am & 11:45 am today (22nd Oct) when I went to the Indiranagar 80 ft. Road Dell C Store to take back my Dell XPS laptop that I had given for cleaning. I went there on 21st evening as well and was curious about the XPS 13 model and showed interest to the sales person (who later claimed to be the senior most manager of the store). He gave me a basic demo and when he coaxed (just what you can expect from any salesman), I said that I will need to discuss with my wife, because I was planning to buy one for her (though didnt do the necessary survey on the model to buy). Today when I paid for the service and was coming out he reminded me of the laptop and I wanted to show the model to my wife. In between, even before trying to demo the laptop to my wife, he asked me to go ahead with the purchase. When I asked my wife in bengali what shes thinking, she pondered for a while, she didnt come prepared to buy a 1.39 lakh laptop. However, just as it happens I was trying to pursuade her in my native language (Bengali) when this super efficient sales man remarked aap ko dekh key hi pata chalta hain ki nehi kharid paogey.. Kolkatta sey ho na?. Needless to say, we were taken aback, but we walked out of the store. But my wife was too affected on this remark and walked back and asked him to explain the context to which he refused and forget about apologizing, he showed us the door. I believe there should be in-store camera where the whole episode. When we asked that we would like to talk to his supervisor he asked to Google and thats what Im doing. Once the weekend is over, Ill figure out the corporate connects that our organization might be having and step up on this issue. Lets hope that Dell is reading this, else, let me see what I can do.

This store is not an authorized service center for dell. The employers are don`t have any technical knowledge any electronics, employers having rude behavior. Do not approach this store.

Cheating people. They sell over priced products. The price is too higher than the MRP. Not at all trustable store.

There are less models and which ever I was looking for was not there and the laptop which I too was also not good

1. They dont repair it themselves. The 3rd party who repairs it doesnt give receipt for the 500 Rs he charges for checking the problem. I wasnt called for a week after I gave my laptop for repairs.2. The attendant did not know the prices of laptops on display.I could have given a negative rating for losing 500 bucks and not knowing even if my laptop was diagnosed.

I was thinking of visiting this store but dropped the idea after reading the reviews. Kick that lousy manager out and change your attitude if you want to survive.
