If they cannot get you the product you want they will be up front. However they will ensure that they give you a good alternative or suggest another store where you can get what you looking for. I will be filing a police case for fraud and taking up the matter with HP for selling a fake HP laptop battery. Initially they acknowledged that they sold a fake part and promised a refund next day. They kept the battery and provided a receipt for the same. But on the following day, they suddenly changed their stance and said that the fake battery wasnt sold by them so they cant refund or replace. The bill, conveniently for them, does not have any HP part number mentioned which must be a strategy to cheat customers. Someone should go to jail for this. Cheats.

I went for a small issue on my laptop, the sales personnel was kind enough to resolve the issue and also managed to sell a printer for me. With all other offers that online apps offering these days , you need to chuck them out and visit these warm and friendly folks with blood and flesh and try traditional shopping method.Enjoyed shopping with you guys, keep it up.
