Their website may not be flashy but their service is one of the best. Ordered monitor and got it on promised date. Price also very competitive when compare to other online retailers. Will definitely do business with them again.

1. The memory (which incidentally costed more than the processor and the MB) was faulty. I had to replace directly through Corsair.2. Despite paying an additional 1,400/- for assembling, they did an amateur job. I had to reinstall the OS myself to get the full functionality of the processor.3. Did not do a proper packing so that I could carry it myself (I went here all the way from Cochin).4. The cabinet I got was not the exact model I ordered (which was the only item not available in my city, Cochin)5. Charged me extra for card payment. I had paid 10 K advance online and the rest in person. I was out of ATM daily limit and had to pay with card. They took an additional 3%.Overall, good only if youre from Bangalore. If not, expect subprime service and products.***Edit 1***About 2 weeks back, the mouse scroll wheel stopped working. And from yesterday, the Mother Board also died.Ive selected all top of the line components, of brands Im familiar with, from my 25 years of working on high end workstations (Im into CAD, among others)

Bad experience. Fake windows and you have to keep pushing them for replacement. Even the replacement key was fake!. Even hardware also, last moment they change the rates and says not available. Any price difference and refunds they will be least bothered unless you go behind them. Greedy people and cheaters!Response: You took my patient and politeness to be granted. I had sent you SMS on your first call, clearly stating that first refund the money before ringing call. You made no attempt to call for the same month back. After you got the review suddenly you because customer conscious?Dont lie about windows replacement. I have come to your office and got it replaced one time and you were blaming Microsoft folks. Even microsoft that time told its fake. For the second key you gave it failed on reactivation on new hardware which I complained in december. Microsoft again told its fake ones. You as usual blamed microsoft. Dont act like you knew nothing about it.There was price difference in the last purchase, you didnt even bother to refund the difference till now! and still you play ignorant.I am well sure about the greedy character, greedy people wont bother about the money they has to pay, but gets woken up on occasions like this when things are out on google review.First refund the money then talk!

If you need some computer parts or just need a computer built, this is a must visit place on SP Road. They are a little further placed than other computer stores, but its worth the visit here. The people know about computers very well and they helped me configure the perfect gaming/ work computer based on my needs.They usually have the lowest price for components and they charge for assembly, but they do delivery the computer to your home as well which is great.My computer is almost 4 years old now and it works perfectly, but recently the PSU gave up and they helped with finding out the PSU manufacturer service centre who replaced the non functioning PSU with a new one without any questions when I showed them the Binary World Bill. For all your computer needs, this is the place you must visit a full 5-stars for customer service and great pricing.

This place is awesone for someone whos looking to get a PC in India at reasonable rates, service is excellent, assembling was also done. They try to get us the better things than what we have at a lower price. Its almost been two years since I bought this PC and the motherboard had a problem, not like it was a defected product or anything, a BIOS issue faced by many, I had lost my warranty card so BW took care of the warranty and my motherboard was done in a weeks time. Overall a must go place if youre planning to buy a Computer, would definitely recommend.

Came to know about this place from internet.. Was not sure about the prices, so went to SP road and asked around on every shop possible for assembling a Gaming Rig. After 5 hours of search came back to this shop and ordered the Rig in next 5 mins. Prices are non bargainable but they are all time low.. Rarely you will find lower price than this shop in other shops of SP road. I would recommend this shop. Great deal if you are assembling the whole computer. I saw other shops try to be over smart and suggest you different cheaper parts on higher price and not giving you the specific version you asked for. But this shop is very professional and provide all the correct parts and correct version and at good prices. I loved the experience.

A very good place for computer and related purchases. Customer friendly staff and competitive pricing

Their laptop repair is horrible. The service executive, Mr. Samast Khanna is rude, careless, lazy and cheats to cover up for his follies. My laptops motherboard had to be replaced for which he kept me on the hook for almost a month , after which he said that I should find the motherboard myself. He then proceeds to give me the wrong motherboard details which i order from another dealer. He rudely tells me that its the wrong motherboard despite the fact that he was the one to tell me to buy that particular one. After i finally found the correct motherboard after a month of haggling with Mr. Samast, he takes a week to just change the motherboard. He then gives me a bill of Rs5,000 simply because he had to open my laptop four times to see the motherboard code and then the fifth time to replace it. A couple of months later my laptop crashes and refuses to turn on, this time i take it to another service center (Settlemetal) only to come to know that the heat sink had been removed from my laptop by Mr.Samast. Not only that, he did not even screw the motherboard in place properly.

I ordered from MDComputers, PrimeABGB, and BWIndia for my build. While the prices at BW were a bit higher, the service was exemplary. Spoke to a Mr. Khanna. He was responsive and despite my numerous requests, he never lost patience nor was he rude. He even ordered an item from out of town that I couldnt get. My motherboard, monitor, and processor were sealed properly and delivered in great condition. While the items from MD and Prime (which are supposed to be great online computer shops - look at their reviews) were opened and not at all in a good state. My only regret is that I didnt buy my entire build through these guys. If you see my other reviews, youll see that Im pretty critical. But these guys managed to do a great job, which is why Id recommend them.
