Bought a laptop from here last month. Lost the bill for it, asked for it after 20 days and got it. Great service provided by the people here 👍 much recommended

We at purchased 4 computers with the i3 config processor. One had to be returned due to a networking issue, the replacement came in with a pentium dual core processor, without even keeping us informed. upon calling them for a clarification, they just hung up whilst have a conversation. Amazing, thanks astro computers for serving your customers so professionally. WOW!! Beware people. never ever go to astro computers.

I would have given a negative rating if that was possible.Brought a printer costing Rs 11250 and guess what it doesnt print.When i called them and informed them, that same week, the response I get is they dont care. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE.Seriously?? dont you have a minimum responsibility for what you sell?Word of advice - you can rather buy online than buying at this store.

What kind of people are running this shop.I lost my laptop along with its invoice.I went to their shop to collect a duplicate bill and left my 3 email idsSo that I can make a FIR and till now nothing happened.They got no reasons to comeup with, for their negligence.It has been 2 weeks i made a request for invoice and i still end up in waitingI am sure they standup to their Shops name A Computers and A doesnt stand for ASTRO for me
